I am "that guy" who is always playing around with all the new toys at the computer/electronics store. You know the one, put something new and flashy in front of me, and watch my face light up like a little kid during the holidays!
This is not such a good thing for my wallet, but it might just help you find what's cool and works; while staying away from the things that are used once and shoved in the back of the closet.
I have an extensive background in the computer field. I have worked for Internet Service Providers, and national corporations based in the Pittsburgh area. These positions have enabled me, and continue to do so, to work with some of the hardware and software on today's cutting edge. As well as, some of the things that should have been thrown away years ago!
Hopefully my experiences with the new products showing up on the shelves, will assist you in making informed decisions on what to buy and what to pass up.
