8/16/01: The summer is nearly over. My return to Epinions.com is at hand---Michael
I'm dedicated to only writing epinions on films that have been reviewed less than 20 times by others. Why? Because a reader only needs so much information about one particular product before his/her head explodes. During my first week here (not long ago), I wrote a music review that resulted in absolute tragedy and humiliation. On my knees I swore to the Epinion Gods that I would never again stumble outside the sphere of my expertise - cinema. Hence, all movie stuff here.
What do I look for in a film? The balance of art, creativity, and entertainment - it's that simple. I love quality cinema. I eat, sleep, and breath quality cinema. If I could, I would mainline quality cinema. That said, I wouldn't be so rash as to call myself a "writer." I have a hard enough time as it is just trying to sort out my thoughts on paper in a readable fashion. I'll try to make up for my writing-disabilities by providing quality insight and worthy information.

My WOT...
My WOT is packed with reviewers from various areas of specialty and experience. They are on there for one of three reasons: because I agree with their views, I want to learn more about their respective areas of expertise, or because I would trust them in real life as my kind of people. Everything from film and literature to beer and gardening can be found if you click on them. Check out the people on my Trust List if you want to find the best advice in the community!
Cheers,
Michael
