• tipu rarely reads someone because they left a gushing comment for him
• tipu rarely searches for members to read, preferring to read based on his interests and through product alerts
• tipu merely reads someone because their writing (as in epinions &/or comments left on others' work &/or profile page) has interested him at some level
• it is generally acknowledged that tipu is a prime bastard

If tipu has left you a comment explaining a low rating, he does mean it about returning to rate if you do make changes. Heck, sometimes the idiot left low ratings without comments. Just let him know that you've made changes—contrary to the reports in that acme of journalistic integrity—Weekly World News—tipu DOES NOT possess the gift of ESP.
