I started out with an alpine fetish and have moved on from there. I have since found that alpine makes very nice products but not all of their stuff is the best. I have decided Alpine has the best as far as mobile video, sound processing and head-units. The amps i have found to put out the most quality sound are Xtant. Every amp from them i have had the pleasure to here has been perfect in the realm of sound quality audio excelence. Unfortunately Xtant subs are for SPL and do not go with their amps. Componets... well there are several brands i want but can't afford so i went with alpine. I've been happy with them for the price but my friends bostons kill my alpines. I truly believe mb-quart is the best for this portion of mobile audio. For subs i went with the Infinity Kappa Perfects and have been very pleased. they punch well and hold quality sound at high volume. my freind 12.5 bostons i feel dont even sound as good but they are louder.
all in all my audio is fairly good but by no means the best.
my car however is very nice. i have a 2001 firebird base modle on the outside but a true trans-am under the hood.
after all the mods on the 5.7 liter engine it pumps out a respectable 515hp. not bad but i will improve it later on with a better supercharger. but on this site i will keep it to audio only from now on.
