I am a 21 year old computer technician; my job entails upgrading, repairing, maintaining, and installing hardware, software, and networking. I also used to do help-desk, and I do consulting work on the side.
Ratings:
I try to balance objectivity with subjectivity. In other words, if you write a great review where your points are backed up I will HR it even if I disagree. If I feel your opinion isn't supported, or lacking key points, I will recommend it, but I will try to point out why. I have only ever given out a few NR's, and that usually dictates that your review was completely off topic or utterly useless, and anyone can make at least one good point in a review. I don't often SR either unless I feel your opinion is unjustified and outright misleading. I try to be fair, and often I find myself torn between ratings. At these times I will rate depending on my current mood, hey I am human, but I will usually post to back up my reasoning.
I hope you do the same with my opinions. I can take constructive criticism, but if you have a qualm about something please let me know. Feed back is the only way that I can become a better writer. Furthermore, please don't lower a rating just because you disagree, but at least let me know what you thought about my review and why you rated it accordingly. Even if you HR it. Thank you.
