About tyrc

As a note about my E-Mail address, do delete that one bit that says 'deletethis', and the extra dot it creates. I don't want the addy picked up by any address crawler bot thingi. I hate spam. I hate it so much.

Summer just dissapeared on me folks.. I'm sorry I've not been around! I've not gone and abandoned this place by any means, though, just haven't had the time at the computer to even look here for long until recently!

Next as another note, I've come to trust a few people already, and have been keeping up with their reviews! However, since I'm still so new, my opinions might change with time, though I do think I've made sound choices so far!

Here. A website about me..! Sorta. tyrc's LiveJournal!

About myself: I've always been described as serious, concentrated. "You're special! Just like everyone else." Uhhuh. I'm normally a quiet, reserved, unobtrusive person. I keep my thoughts to myself normally. I don't voice opinions. It doesn't matter to me if I affect others or not, or so my train of thought used to go. So, this is a big departure for me. Being here at Epinions is partially something to open me up further. Now go away. *taps mindlessly on her Game Slave Advance*

And in current news.. I'm currently very limited in my online time by my Job. Hence the lack of regular reviews.. I do plan to pick things up a bit better soon. I just need time.

Current Plans for Reviews, in No Particular Order, and Not Necessarily Anything I Like. This is what I can rememeber off the top of my head that I'll be writing about somewhat soon.
Music: Voltaire - Almost Human, Aqua - Aquarius, Trigun - The First Doughnuts, Run Lola Run, Kenshin OSTs 1-4, Kenshin Movie Soundtrack, Kenshin Director's Cut, Jethro Tull - Dot Com, Jethro Tull - Stormwatch, Basil Poledouris - Hunt for Red October, Yoko Kano - Cowboy Bebop - Blue, Crash Test Dummies, Steve Martin - Get Small, KMFDM's CDs, Moog - The Moog Cookbook, Moog - Ye Olde Space Bande, Mr. Bungle - California, Siagon Kick, Talking Heads - Once in a Lifetime, Tangerine Dream, Angelo Badalamenti - Twin Peaks, Vangelis, Voltiare - BooHoo, Weird Al (Various), and Wesley Willis.
Games: Castlevania - Circle of the Moon, Castlevania - Symphony of the Night, Fallout 1 and 2, Mr. Driller, Civilization 2 and 3, Colonization, Vampire TM: Redemption, Sim City 3000, Advance Wars, Morrowind, etc. And rememeber, %43 percent of gamers are women. Yet the steriotype is that its male dominated, and the advertising is a bit slanted towards guys. Well, I'll be out there, and vocal, when I do try a game, even if I am more picky than most in this field!
Computer: ATI 128 All in Wonder Pro, Soundblaster 16 ISA Non-PNP, Lycoris Linux, Sidewinder Gamepad, Abit KT133 MB, MS Cordless Mouse.
Books: Akira 1-2-3-4-5-6, The Onion - Our Dumb Century, Masamune Shiro's Dominion Conflict (No More Noise), Frank Miller's Sin City, Book of the Subgenius, Revelation X, Douglas Adams - The Ultimate Hitchiker's Guide, Vampire, The Masquerade and Related Materials, Salamandastron, and various other things as I think of them.
ETC: Angel Heart (Movie), Wildwood NJ, Motorola Talkabout, Serta Canterberry Mattress, etc.
