Before becoming a member, I was always searching the web for random reviews in trying to decided on the purchase of this or that. I kept coming across Epinions, and noticed it always made my job of deciding easier. The scoring system seems adequate enough to ensure honest and accurate reviews. I only wished everything was reviewable. As an example, I just remodeled my bathroom with Home Depot Supplies. Since Home Depot like many other retailers have become quite strict with their return policies, I find myself more and more being forced to keep defective products. One case in point, our corner shower's kit came with defective wall panels. They shrink and crack with the first trickle of hot water! So my walls are budged out and this expansion has caused cracks so I have leaks on the wall. So this product has failed to produce it's intended use. If this would have been showcased and a fellow member would have rated it 0-1 star I would have been able to determine that it's a waste of hundred's of dollars. That is why Epinions has now become by consumer bible and I don't buy without it!
