I have an avid interest in helping others to find the best products to suit their needs by providing feedback on the ones I own.
For years, I have enjoyed reading the reviews of others on Epinions and other websites, as well as reading publications such as Consumer Reports. I have relied on such reviews to make my purchases. Sometimes things go very well, and the product performs as expected. At other times, I seem to encounter issues with the products that no one else has faced. I'm sure most folks have had this experience at least once in their lifetime.
I thought I'd return the favor and give my opinions on some of my personal experiences.
I try to add additional information to my reviews about how to resolve issues that come up with using the various products and a solution, if I found one. It adds to the length of the review, but my hope is that others can benefit from these experiences to help trouble-shoot for their given situations. Some of the information may apply to other products in the reviewed category. For example, those of you who are current or potential front loading washer owners may want to check out my review of my Kenmore 43142. A lot of the problems I have had to cope with are found across brands.
