* * * I am 40 years old, a party of one who moved out here to Colorado three years ago after previously living on the East Coast in New York, New Jersey and Maine.
* * * I love being here in paradise... I live in a beautiful valley on the edge of a desert that's almost completely surrounded by mountains and just one mile from the Colorado River. It's such a different world than back East... spectacular year-round weather, friendly people and lots of cacti, lizards, prairie dogs and golden eagles (bald eagles too in the winter!)
* * * I sometimes get down about ending up alone but am very thankful to be able to live somewhere so gorgeous, as well as to have my health, talents and the best friends anyone could ever wish for!!!
