About wildernessboy

I was born in the deep south and I had to get out of there so that I would not melt from the heat. I am now in the mountains of North Carolina. Much of my youth was spent outdoors camping, hiking, fishing, backpacking, biking, really anything that can be done away from the city. I have been on numerous outdoor trips all over the country and was even a Wilderness Program Coordinator. In that position I took at-risk youth into the wilderness for experiential therapy. I love the outdoors and the nature and that is where I try to spend most of my time now with my wife and two Golden Retrievers.
I graduated from a liberal arts college with my BA in Psychology, so I know what you all are thinking right now. I am planning on going to school for my PhD in Clinical Psychology in a few years so that I may be a college professor.
I don't know how many people will read this to rate my opinions, but I can definitely say these things about myself:
(1)I am a very opinionated person
(2)I am an honest person
(3)I try my best to be open minded and fair
(4)You will never have to second guess me. I will write exactly what I think
