I was a marine biology research undergrad and spent much time regularly at Catalina Island. Although I gave up on marine biology career, I thoroughly applied my skills and experiences in data analysis to eventually obtained MCSE for Windows 2000.
My review will be based on these following points that I feel are part of my developing style that once you get used to, you won't end up reading an epic rambling wordy garbage relisting information easily available on vendor websites:
1) Reference to other well written reviews and vendor website.
2) Sections that you can quickly skim through to find information that matters to you most.
3) Comparing with at least 1 competitor or same vendor but different version.
4) You will not find descriptions of common features and usages that I feel a reader will already know. (ex. the benefit of a wireless mouse vs cord mouse, the meaning of scrolling buttons on a mouse, or the typical sequences of installation).
5) short concise words whenever possible.
6) To recommend based on a set of objective valuation rather than pure personal experiences that were biased or unnecessarily emotional.
