Senior research analyst and Registered Securities Principal for OptionVue Research, specializing in options and other derivative markets. Proficient in analyzing all market activity from a fundamental or technical perspective, the latest trends in analytical tools, options trading activity and options trading strategies, portfolio management and other investment/trading concepts.
Prior to serving as Senior Analyst for OptionVue Research, I served as Product Manager for OptionVue Systems, our IT affiliate, and assisted in developing and enhancing the company’s OptionVue 5 Options Analysis Software to meet the real-world needs of institutional and individual options traders.
Prior to OptionVue, I worked in Corporate Banking at First National Bank of Chicago, specializing in loan syndications and asset sales as well as asset-backed finance. I also spent 5 years in the Securities and Commodities division of First Chicago Capital Markets, working with Broker-Dealers, Hedge Funds, and other securities firms to meet their financing and settlement needs. During this period, I focused on developing new loan, collateral analysis, and broker settlement systems.
Since joining OptionVue Systems, I have authored numerous articles on options trading which have explored how to effectively use options analysis and trading software to increase the probability of long-term success in the options markets.
