About Woodman
I'm 23 years old and I'm a sports journalist for a local newspaper. I have always watched, played, and had of love of sports. My favorite is baseball, but hockey, basketball, football and golf also rank high on my list.

I also like music, all kinds, shapes and sizes. I used to work in a music store for over six years. My favorite bands and musicians include Pearl Jam, 311, Sublime, DMB, Portishead, Moby, NIN, Smashing Pumpkins, Eastcide.

My favorite movie is Trainspotting. Favorite TV shows are The Simpsons, Sportscenter, That 70s Show and Behind the Music. Favorite books are Old Man and the Sea (Hemingway) and Breakfast of Champions (Vonnegut). I'm also a member of the Surfrider Foundation. I hope to further my journalism career in either magazines or daily newspapers. So far in my brief career, dating back to my college days a few years ago, I have interviewed a number of professional and collegiate athletes and coaches as well as many famous musicians back when I was a music critic for my college newspaper.

As far as this site, I hope to provide the viewing public with reading pleasure through an array of accurate, and sometimes wacky, tapped and bizarre opinions.
