About Yarborough
I'm an "Empty Nester" who has been married to a very tolerant wife for 30 years. My entire career has been in the computer industry, mostly hardware (those pizza and beer people) but now software too (after getting my own pocket protector) I am currently a Software/Hardware Project Manager in the Gaming Industry.

I've been playing video games since "Lunar Lander", a text and Ascii game, on a DEC Mini Computer then "Pong" and the rest of them. Problem is, I never seemed to grow out of it. I own game consoles because I've learned the hard way (too many times over the years) not to use a PC for gaming unless it is dedicated to the task, something I certainly can't afford to do. There is absolutely no way you can stay ahead of those PC game developers that always want to test the limits of your PC. Besides, you'll go broke trying. Whereas, console game developers have to stay within the limits of defined hardware configurations.
