I am an attorney specializing in child abuse and neglect cases in Washington, DC. My job is very stressful and I look to the online experience to explore--and write about--other things, provided.
I am a veteran of numerous home exchanges in Europe, Canada and the US. I usually do at least one home exchange in Europe every summer. In August 2000 I was in Edinburgh, Scotland, for the International and Fringe Festivals.
I have two children, both of whom are students at The College of William & Mary.
My daughter, Elizabeth, is a French major and will receive her B.A. at the end of the 2000-2001 school year.
My son, Andrew is a sophomore majoring in theater. He wants to be an actor.
Some of you have asked me about my name on epinions, YentaKvetch. It is a sort of Yiddish joke. Yenta means gossip; a kvetch is a chronic complainer. Loosely translated, I would translate it as "big mouth". My Dad used to call my sister "YentaKvetch", so I stole it from him. I am not shy about opening my mouth to epinions when I don't think they are being straight with the writers.
