I'm a commercial writer/producer for a local network affiliate. I am also the station's audio expert, having been a professional audio tech for over 15 years. I am 32 and have been married almost 10 years, no kids.
My husband and I live in a beautiful rural wooded area that's great for birdwatching. We have a 25-lb. black cat, Sluggo, and a 23-lb. Westie-mix dog, Baby. We both love cars, especially classic muscle cars.
I love to cook and bake (we are kind of far from any restaurants!), and I have way too many kitchen gadgets! But I can always make room for more.
I also love keeping track of trends in consumer electronics. Unfortunately, I can't afford all the stuff I want! But when I do buy, I'm big on research, both on the internet and surveying my co-workers, many of whom are electronics enthusiasts, too. Sometimes we have little contests to see who can get the best deal on the gadget of the moment, whether it be a digital camera or a new computer.
Epinions has been a research tool for me for many years. It's great to get input from actual real-world users of stuff.
