Blue Mountain Arts eCards

I really like this site with one huge exception. They are virtually incognito when it comes to customer service. If you don't have a pre-loaded question, you're out of luck. I can find no way to ask someone within the company a question. Does anyone have any suggestions? I feel like they're trying to "hide" from their customers when they don't have a "contact us" option.

I concur with all the other negative reports on Blue Mountain. It is fiendishly difficult to cancel your subscription. They have buried this information, together with info on how much they charge, so you can't find it again after you sign up. Shockingly bad. Avoid, avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
