Pros: flight options
Cons: doesn't include so of the smaller airlines
Expedia is on of the best online travel agent websites out there! My grandparents (i am 20 they are in there 90s) And they can use it! They found $100 round trip from JFK to West Palm Beach!!! Expedia has so many diffent ways to find a airline ticket....

The flight and hotel search engines are great...rather then having to pick flights (the choice changes the price), Expedia shows you the lowest priced flights (roud-trip or one-way).

Pros: It is easy: no lines to stand in; good service; 800 help if needed
