Pros: Really pretty flowers, will deliver anywhere Cons: high priced and has some restrictions as to what day they deliver in certain areas
Right after I returned from being out to sea for six months with my ship, I took leave and went home, as most people do. I have a wonderful boyfriend who had to stay here and he decided to do something sweet and send me flowers. Not knowing any florists...

Pros: They have very nice pictures on the site Cons: They are dead when you get them.
This year, I decided to send my mother a nice set of Easter flowers in addition to her gift. It's the first year that I am back on my feet completely financially, so I figured that I would spread the wealth to the woman who had helped me out. Since I ...

Pros: Easy to use web site Cons: Never delivered, refused to issue refund immediately
Mother's Day was coming in and I wanted to surprise her with some flowers. Living 305 miles away and in college, driving there wasn't the perfect idea, so I went to 1-800-flowers.com and ordered her some flowers with a pretty glass bottle and a cute...

Pros: Well.....the delivery guy appeared to have bathed in the past week or so... Cons: Dead flowers, overpriced products, poor, rude and inept customer service, selection on website does in no way match what is actually delivered, propensity to screw up gifts.
Do they ever get orders right?
In June of 1999, I had to have my gall bladder removed in emergency surgery. My thoughtful, wonderful, caring boyfriend, who lived in Indiana at the time, called 1-800-FLOWERS to order me a beautiful sunflower bouquet...

Pros: no lie the flowers do look good Cons: they cost to much
1-800-flowers is a good place to get flowers if you need them for a holiday or special event. I also think they are a little over priced to. I mean you can go to the store and buy a package of seeds and plant them and with all the work that goes into...

Pros: Absolutely none Cons: Need I repeat what I've said above?
I have emailed them approximately six times to have my email address removed from their mailing list, and I still have not been removed! This has been going on for the past five months or so. Each time I receive a confirmation email from them saying my...

Pros: nice photos on website Cons: late or non-existent delivery
I love to send flowers to people. Most of my friends and relatives have everything they want, and if something comes up--they simply buy it. So flowers make a great gift. The beauty brightens any room or desk, and their fragrance fills the air for days....

Pros: Prompt Delivery and Good Customer Service Cons: Confirmation Receipt Was Confusing To Me
For Father's Day, I decided to do something that had never happened before. I decided to send my dad some flowers in a basket. He had never had any delivered specifically to him, but always to my mom so that would be a special treat for him.
...

Pros: Good service, prompt delivery Cons: Jesus came along for the ride
Before I explain my title, let me tell you why I like 1-800-Flowers.
(1) They always deliver when they say they will. I tend to think that this is because they use reputable local florists. I would love to be able to cut out the middleman...

Pros: easy website to use, delivery on time Cons: arrangement a disappointment, cost too much for what you get
I love and hate 1-800-Flowers.com. I love them because I can send a bouquet of flowers tomorrow to someone if I want to. They have a good website that makes ordering easy. I felt comfortable using their website.
The delivery of the last bouquet of...

Pros: Always on time, nice selection at fair prices, great quality Cons: May deliver more than a minor variance on your order
I'm a procrastinator. Always have been, and probably always will be. So when a great online service like 1-800-Flowers.com comes along to potentially save me from giving belatedly, I'll be the first to give it a try! I've used this service four times,...

Pros: Convenience, Customer Service Cons: Cost
I must admit that I have only used the services of 1-800-FLOWERS once, but I was so overwhelmed with the quality of the service that I had to write a review on them (judging from the other reviews, its seems it may need a little good publicity anyhow)....

Pros: nice site Cons: bad service
Reviewing 1-800-Flowers is a two fold process. First there is the review of the website itself, and then there is the review of the final result of using "flowers."
The website is very well done. It is very user friendly, and is...

Pros: It was their online presence that made them so attractive Cons: Dead flowers. Undelivered Items. Ignorant Cust Service.
That's what their motto should be. I have used them five times all within a short time period, and had I realized the amount of problems I would encounter, I would have just gone to a traditional florist.
First order was to be sent to a...

Pros: On Time, verity of choices and prices Cons: Nothing from my expirences
I've used 1-800-flowers a number of times. Being the last minute but thougtful person I am flowers sounded good. The first time I used this service was for my step-mother. At the time she was turning the big 70 and she and my dad were vacationing in...
