Totally awful!!!!

Flower were to be delivered on Mother's Day, with no show. When I called the customer service (Barbara@772-546-8402) there was no understanding.Stated she was the only person to talk to regarding the matter.

Day2 - called again the order was still not delivered and now it is almost a week after mothers day.

I will never use these guys again....

I ordered flowers to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day and they were never delivered to my mom and 1-800-FLOWERS never notified me! I found out by asking my mom if she received the flowers and she said "what flowers?" I called 1-800-FLOWERS today and they did not seem too apologetic, only asking if the flowers can be redelivered today. They offered a 20% discount and also a 20% credit on their website, but I said forget the credit, I would never shop their website again. The point was to deliver the flowers for a specific occasion that has now passed.

They are so expensive and the quality is crap. I ordered from them the other day and the flowers arrived on time but I could have gone out in my yard and threw some dry grass and twigs in a vase and it would have looked better. I guess the owner of this company is getting rich because the money I paid for the product sure went to someone and not into what I bought. I will be looking for another vendor next time I buy!! So long 1-800 flowers.

BAD EXPERIENCE-ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED-WAS CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT PROCESSED A ERROR HAD OCCURRED-WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT-AND THEY WANTED TO GO AHEAD WITH ORDER AFTER BEING LATE--I CANCELED.WOULD NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I ordered roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. They were to have been delivered on the 12th for $41.98 after an $8 discount, according to the website. That's also what the online confirmation said. I placed the order on the 11th.

The next day, I got an e-mail "confirmation" stating that the total would be $49.98. I wrote to complain and to make sure that I was only billed $41.98. I received only an automated response that my e-mail had been received.

The flowers didn't come on the 12th, or the 13th, or the 14th... You get the picture.

On the 17th, I e-mailed their customer service again to complain and to ensure that my credit card would be credited with _whatever_ they had charged me.

I got an e-mail back on the 18th saying my payment would be refunded in full and I'd get a $10 credit to use on future orders. Future orders? Are they kidding? They failed to deliver valentine's day flowers.

In the future I'll stick to the local florist.

Shopping at 1800flowers was a great experience. The site is so easy to use and they have so much to choose from. They are a little pricey, but it's worth it for sure. I sent my great-aunt the "Birthday Flower Cake" for her 85th birthday. She was so delighted and it made her so happy, which of course made me happy! I would certainly recommend giving 1800flowers a try.

I loved shopping at 1-800-Flowers.com they have so much more then just flowers! I actually purchased a unique necklace - it came in just a few days actually before the estimated delivery date.

I loved it so much I didn't want to give it away. In fact I went back and ordered one for me.

I would definitely shop here again. It was so easy.

I had tried to surprise my mom for her birthday with 1800flowers, what a mistake! They were horrible from the start taking me over 1 hour to place the order by phone. Then on top of that, they never delivered the day they were supposed to. The surprised was ruined! They didn't even compensate me for my aggravation. Don't bother, it's not worth it.

Competent and Overpriced, with LOTS OF SPAM!

The order was filled competently and on-time, although, not surprisingly, you pay for the convenience -- the prices match a top-tier boutique florist, but the quality is of an average, low-cost florist.

I was satisfied... until the SPAM BEGAN! I've tried opting out of the e-mails, and perhaps that will work, but after you make an order, EVEN THOUGH I SAID I DID NOT WANT ANY E-MAILS, the SPAM BEGAN. ONE EVERY OTHER DAY! NO OTHER VENDORS IS THIS STUPID AND DISRESPECTFUL. Save yourself the frustration and DON'T BUY FROM 1-800-SPAMMERS!

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday a week in advance. However, on that day the flowers were nowhere to be found. I called customer service expecting them to take responsibility and issue a full refund. However, they claimed that it was simply delayed and for a full return I would have to ship the flowers back to them! After going back and forth with the customer service person, they finally offered a 50% credit and a gift certificate for the other 50%. A totally unsatisfactory experience. In my experience with other online florists, they are much more willing to take responsibility for their errors.

The worst-looking flowers I have ever received. This was supposed to be a full-blooming rose plant in a decorative planter. The planter was cardboard. There was one rose opened, two buds. The plant died within the week. I ordered two weeks in advance to make sure they would be delivered on time, but they were so scraggly-looking I'm sorry I ever heard of 1-800-flowers. Stay away from these people.

You can find link to 800-Flowers almost from any website.Store is well advertised and it seemed there shouldn't be any problems with shipping their products outside of the USA.
Recently my friends had newly born baby We wanted to send them something different from flowers.Variety of baby's baskets really attracted my wife's attention.Nice arrangement for a baby girl would be the best present we thought.

I made a call to make sure that they really do ship to Europe.Their Rep confirmed .

It took about 15 minutes for them to get address and the rest of info written.When it was done and finally everything seemed to be arranged customer service found out that they ship to Europe only certain type of bouquets (starting price from $120) and no baby's baskets at all.They could give any valid explanations and that was really frustrating aside that whole process took like 30 minutes.

I ordered what I wanted from some other website and they had no problems shipping BABY'S Baskets to Europe.
I wouldn't use their service again.There are lots of other site which offer variety of nice flowers and presents for lower price and better service.

This is an awful florist service. I unfortunately ordered from them twice..once was for Valentine's Day..I ordered a month in advance to make sure they got to the person on Valentine's Day..and they got there...FOUR DAYS LATE!!! I had to call them to ask them what had happened to the flowers before they even corrected it. After this bad experience, they gave me a certificate for a discount the next time I ordered. I ordered flowers to be delivered the morning of Sorority Rush to wish the girls good luck..and not only was it a day late, but it was also nothing like the picture on-line. The on-line picture showed a spring arrangement with a teeny-tiny blue bird in one corner of the arrangement..they put in a HUGE RED BIRD in with a mostly baby blue and white arrangement! My friends received it and were shocked by it. They were perplexed at why I would have such abysmal taste in flowers. I called and complained and they sent another more tasteful arrangement, but it was still nothing to compare with what they had been originally supposed to deliver.

Placed an order for delivery for my daughters birthday, the flowers never arrived. On time delivery is as important, if not more important than the flowers themselves. This company should be ashamed of their unacceptable practice. If you can read this you have access to the internet. Use the internet to find a local florist and arrange for flowers from the local florist. NEVER use 1-800-FLOWERS

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. They did not ship the order properly. Thus, the flowers were not going to be delivered on the right day. I called them when I realized that they wouldn't be there on time to cancel. They said they did, but then called me back to tell me that they 1) could not cancel the order, and 2) that it was MY fault that the order got messed up (but they couldn't explain this one to me), and were generally rude, completely unwilling to listen to me or help me out. MY RECOMMENDATION - Use FTD.com!!! They deliver on the day that you place the order. 1-800-FLOWERS's customer service was laughable.
