 Overpriced and no response to inquiry

Hotel.com charged me $207 for a room, when I could have gotten the room for $134. I faxed Hotels. com about this problem and sent requested documentation. No one has contacted me. This was no deal. In fact, they sent my reservation to the motel for the wrong date, Avoid hotels.com. I have had no trouble using other services.
