The product shipped when I expected it to, and it arrived within the window of time stated. When it arrived, the printer was in factory condition. It took just under 28 days to get the correct copier from this store!! At time of purchase, they confirmed 10 in the warehouse -- they required me to call to "verify information about my order" -- but it didn't ship. After a week I started following up by email and phone, and it took 2.5 more weeks of back-and-forth for them to figure out how to get the correct item to me. To be completely fair, they had a total of about 4 business days of holiday and were completely shut down.
Problems included:
- Charged my credit card on day of purchase, rather than day of shipping!!!!
- on followup, guaranteed it would ship "next day for sure" and didn't
- For almost 3 days they kept giving me the tracking number for a completely different shipment to someone else in another state, insisting it was mine. Warehouse screw-up providing tracking #, apparently.
- Long times on hold with customer service reps. Had to threaten repeatedly to get my credit card company involved in disputing the charge to get them to look deeper into the issue.
Item received in new condition and works as advertised and well. I am very satisfied with the product and if AMOF can correct internal process problems *might* consider making a large purchase with them again. Read more

The next day after the purchase the customer support Web page became non functional. I tried calling customer service several time and the phone was never answerd.
Also an e-mail to the merchant remained unanswered. The first order status I received was 2 days AFTER I received the item and 10 days AFTER I received the itme I got a shipping notification via e-mail.
