Pros: Guarantee for life and they mean it.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
I never realized what a guarantee for life would be like until I owned a cross pen. I love pens in fact I own many very nice ones, but my favorite is my Cross. I have about three of them and they are always at "hand". My favorite pen had a problem...
