I got an e-mail with the above tracking number right away after the order was placed, but when I logged on to the web site to try to track the order I got a message that "no information is available" for that order number. After 4 days, I got another e-mail which provided me with a tracking number, (and a different order#),which was helpful, but I would have liked a more informative response to my earlier attempts to track the order, like "tracking information will be available in 4 days."
