The very best price available for this product, and wit quick fulfillment. I only wish their selection of additional photography equipment was more extensive, such as lightstands, umbrellas, backdrops, etc. so that I could purchase more from them.

Every thing was great. The only drawback was that I had to follow up with a phone call for "verification" that I placed the order. This added an extra delay in getting my merchandise. However, my camera still got to me in time.

After ten days I called - they said they had not completed the order with Nikon. I finally received the binoculars on Novemeber 2, 24 days after placing the order - totally unacceptable service. They said they would give a $10 credit - found out later it was on FUTURE order - not likely.

I received a follow up call to thank me for my order. I thought I was getting helpful advise, when in actuality, it was a sales pitch to buy overpriced accessories. I bought a $19.99 battery for $50.00 (my problem). When I called to return the battery, I had to negotiate a better price because "David" didn't want me to return the item. It took almost two months to get the credit adjustment. I will never buy from Abe's of Maine again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the shipping was even faster than expected. Merchandise in perfect shape. The only comment I have is that when I called twice, the person in customer service wasn't very friendly.....(tone of voice and rushed)I felt like I was really bothering him.

wrong item was initially sent - an understandable error given that the code number of battery is not unique - 2 different mfrr's use same code for differently shapped batteries. While it all turned out ok, I had a very odd experience trying to return a call to the right person after they had approved and received the returned product.

When I ordered my product it said it was in stock and available. A few days later I received an e-mail saying it was out of stock and would not be available for 2 weeks. Things happen so I will not give them a bad rating yet but I will say when they notified me about the delay they did not give me the option of cancelling my order, which did not sit well with me. I guess how good they are remains to be seen
