I was asked to call after placing my order online, which I did not know why was necessary. The salesman Zack asked me why I did not order the faster SD card (which was more expensive) and I said that the one I chose would suit me just fine. My order is currently on track for delivery, so questions #2 & #3 should not negatively affect my review. I just haven't received my items just yet.

My experience right now is bad because after I placed my online order, I was contacted by a salesperson, told I needed to order a meory stick and that there was a special price if you ordered with a camera- I agreed to order the memory stick and a card reader -the card reader was billed to me $5 cheaper but the memory stick was billed $59 extra than I was quoted. I will contact the company on Monday.

The primary purchase worked well. However, having bought a turntable, I then called Abe's of Maine to ask about cartridges for that turntable, a necessary component. The customer service individual basically said he knew nothing about them and told me to research the issue on Google. I understand service reps can't know everything, but 1) pointing me to Google after just purchasine $222 item isn't very helpful and 2) their (Abe's) website should have helped me select a cartridge, which it did not.
