The shipping company used was horrendous. Repeated rescheduling, then they forgot to load our TV on the truck the day it was supposed to ship out. Their customer service was rude and acted like it was our fault. I would only use Abe's of Maine if they had a different shipping company. Read more

This company always seems to give a run around about the actual ship date of the item. I called before ordering the item to see if it was "in stock" and could only get someone to say it was "available". They intimate that the product will ship right away, but it was a week before the item was shipped, and this required me calling them three times to inquire about the delivery. I was told the item would ship on a certain day and it shipped two days later. Other than the hard sell for accessories and the shipping delay, the experience was satisfactory. Read more

I purchased a Motorola Razr Phone on 7-25-2006 order# A406009 and phone was not charging properly. Product arrived in open box condition. I called them about the problem. They send me new battery. But the phone was defective. They told me to return the phone for replacement. When I returned the phone I had to ship it at my cost. Not only they didn't give me replacement. They gave me credit on the credit card. I was told to place a new order with the sales dept to buy phone on 8-24-2006 Order#L70221. They charged me shipping again. I had to call many times to get credit for the shipping and explain my situation to many people. Finally I received the credit.
They shipped me new phone after few days. Because they didn't have it in stock. I received the phone. But I received phone in open box condition. There was no phone charger and no motorola software cd inside. I called them to send me a charger and it took another week to get the phone working.
It took more than a month to get the phone. I think this merchant is selling open boxed products. So they are getting used and missing accessories products. I will not order anything in the future from this merchant. Read more

I was unable to complete the order. After ordering online, I didn't receive a confirmation and emailed them to inquire why. I next get an email that I needed to contact a Zack. I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I called again and got voice mail. I left a message and sent another email asking what they needed. IT IS OK, BUT IS A GENERIC CAMCORDER BAG WHICH I COULD HAVE BOUGHT LOCALLY FOR SIMILAR PRICE. I RESEARCHED THE CAMERA AHEAD OF PURCHASE AND AM HAPPY WITH THE CAMERA AND ABE'S HAD THE BEST PRICE I COULD FIND.
