The product arrived in a timely fashion and I was very satisfied with it. My only complaint was that I was in the dark about delivery for about a week. When I checked on the status of my order on the web site, it said something like "order being processed." Now that could mean a lot of different things, from the item being out of stock to having been shipped. I checked every day for a week and kept getting this message until finally I received an email with tracking information for the shipment. The order arrived the next day.

The shop needed my digital image copy of my credit card and ID.
I selected to buy this and shipment in one day, (the best service) and they delay the shipment waiting I send the copy of my credit card Amex Platinum and my ID. If they say this before the purchase, I can send it in advance and not to lost time waiting their e-mail requesting this. This delayed my purchase close to 2 days more.
A good idea is that they say this about to send the copy of the credit card and ID inmediatly after the purchase ! and one can send it in advance !. They will avoid request it by e-mail, waiting my answer. I think, .. I was here, reading my e-mails but if I am not here reading the e-mails ???

I was not very happy with the call from Abe's sells man because he tried to let me buy some packages that I didn't need. And the company didn't call me or email me the shopping information or the tracking number. When I called the company, I was told the delivery was scheduled on the next day. The good thing was that my TV was delivered to my home on time for a very good condition so I would like to give the company three to four stars. I hope the company can send an email or a call for the shopping information to their customs in the future.

Abe's will call and suggest other items to include with your purchase. This can be good because some of the things they mentioned were not shown on the accessories list when I made my initial selection and I did want them. However, it can be bad if you are an impulse buyer and are easily talked into buying something you really don't need.

Selection and price were good. The order arrived in two separate pieces, which was not clear from the initial paperwork. I attempted to contact the company by e-mail and phone. The phone cue was longer than I had time for and there was no response to the e-mail. Product was in excellent condition and arrived just slightly after the promised date.

When contacted by company to confirm order details, I did buy an extra item (batteries) but did not feel that hard sales push. I had previously ordered the same camera from another on-line service & when they made the hard sell for extra items, I cancelled the order.

I made an original purchase about ten days ago. I then tried to make an adjustment to the order by first email contact and then three different phone calls. I have received no answer to the email and each time I made an attempt at the phone call, I first got a phone message that sent me to an operator that sent me to a department that wouldn't answer or would answer and hang up without speaking to me (custormer service department). To be honest, I am not sure how the purchase will turn out but to this point, it hasn't been fun.
