I had to call to complete the order and they offered and I acceptedan upgrade to the battery.(It was unclear that the original battery was only a short one) The upgraded order has not been upgraded on my order listing on line - and there tracking system still does NOT show ANY information about where my order is......

I'd shop at this merchant's site only if I didn't need the order by a certain date. The prices are good, but the expediency is lacking...they didn't ship out the product till a few days after I ordered it.

Good to excellent web site except shipping info wrong (UPS shipping and price quoted was 50% of actual freight charges)
Need to fix this.
Good customer relations with regard to Visa problems.
For shipping costs paid service was slow but time promised was met as projected.
