After placing order got an email and phone call saying additional info was needed. When I got it touch with them they said they needed my zip code which was already clearly printed on the order. This was just a way to try and talk me in to a warranty plan and various accessories. I declined and they promptly shipped and arrived AOK in a couple days. Item was priced approprietly and transaction was easy except for follow up e-mail telling me I had to call Phil who was trying to sell me things that I didn't want or need. His sell wasn't expecially "hard", but I did have to insist that I didn't want the camera case,long life battery,or sd card as I alredy had all items.
Don't treat customers like idiots and they will act accordingly.

Products arrived as expected, except for free memory card. Card was shipped after a phone call to Abe's. The spare battery I ordered was defective, would not hold a charge.
