Spoke with Abe's telephone operator to verify that Samsung HDTV was in stock and verified price. Placed order but couldn't track through website. Waited 24 hours and called back and was told that order might be delayed up to a week. Then I heard from my credit card comapny that I had been charged. Called Abe's again but got no answer on status of order. A day later item arrived (was shipped by ground). Happy that item actually arrived on time from original estimate but was confused that website or phone call couldn't track status.

I received my amplifier quickly and in good condition. What I have an issue with is with the stated specifications. It was rated at 128 watts per channel. When I received the amplifier I found that its actual output power is 40 watts per channel into a 6 ohm load. I would like someone to explain this discrepancy between stated output power and actual output power. The two are not even close. This is extremely misleading to the point of not being true. Before I place another order using this venue, I need to be sure that what I receive is what I ordered.

I was dissapointed that the web site showed the item in-stock when I ordered it. I waited a week and called them to discover that it was not yet available and I would have to wait one more day for shipping. I actually ended up waiting 2 more days. Overall, however, experience was good, the call center was helpful, I really appreciate having someone to talk to for buying on-line.

I would definitely shop with this merchant again. The merchandise was exactly as it was advertised, and they had offers on accessories for the camera that I was not aware of. They offered me a great deal on the accessories after I called to confirm my dhipping address as they requested via e-mail. I was quite pleased with their offer and quality of the merchandise.

Ordering was very easy. Unexpected minor problem was verification of the order from the merchant. I called the merchant back per their email request, but since I was not the purchaser (we used my husband's credit card) they would not return my call and kept calling my husband. This delayed the order, we are still waiting to receive it. Also, the email with the tracking information came from an unfamiliar company and I almost deleted it. Perhaps in the future the merchant could specify whom this information is coming from?
