my order.
Questions #5 and #6 were not answered because, in this instance, they were not applicable to my ordering.

I had a problem about the order. I've had to make a call to Adorama to solve it. I've called the number that seemed more appropriate, but my called was transfered 4 or 5 times until I could talk to the right person. The "right" person solved the problem in 2 minutes or less.
