When I called to place my order with Adorama, the service rep was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. The item was shipped the same day and I was able to track it the entire time. The item was just as described on the web site and delivered in perfect working order. I am a very satisfied customer and would have no hesitation in purchasing from Adorama again.

Best prices for the items that I found anywhere, The checkout was smooth and the shipping time was amazingly fast considering I ordered over the week after Christmas and just took the standard ground shipping.

The product came in on time, and in perfect running condition. The only problem I had was my account setup, and when I called and I tried to straighten it up the lady was combative and nothing was resolved.

I've never had a single problem with Adorama in the many years I've been buying cameras and accessories from them. Adorama's prices are competitive, the items I want are in stock and arrive quickly and in perfect condition. On a
scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, they're a 10.

Speed of delivery was right on as promised the items arrived on time. Everything I received was of the utmost quality and I am enjoying my purchases tremendously. I will shop at Adorama again and whenever I am in need of photographic equipment. In fact I am getting ready to purchase a Canon 20 D from Adorama as well as some photo flood lights and stands. I am also in the process of trading my original Canon Rebel Digital in towards the purchase of the 20 D.

Great experience. Very very wide selection available. So vast it took me a while to find what I wanted, but when I did, it was exactly what I wanted. And the price was right.

Do not do business with this store. I ordered a projector lamp from this store. They charged my account immediately even though they said their store policy is not to do this. 5 days later they send an email saying the item is not in stock. Weeks later they send an email saying its coming in a week. Then another week later they say its not and that the manufacturer has let them down. Avoid this store.

at such great prices. Delivery was very fast. I ordered on a monday or tuesday and it arrived on friday. I love this lens, and I love it more for the excellent price.

Adorama is the worst amazon.com affiliate store I have ever dealt with. They advertised an item as in stock. It did not arrive with my other items but there was no explanation. Three emails later they finally told me it was on backorder even though their website still stated it was in stock. I emailed asking how long until I might expect it. They emailed back maybe 2-3 weeks. Three weeks later I asked again to be told they were on a one week holiday (no clue what holiday) and that they would not read emails sent during their "holiday" so I would have to resubmit my email on the following Monday. I did that and just got an email from them telling me they were refunding my money. Their communication was dismal, unfriendly and unresponsive to the questions I asked.

I've been dealing with Adorama, for over twenty years, back when they had a PAPER catalog. I have over a thousand dollars in camera equipment - 95% of it bought from Adorama.

When I need something, photographic, electronic, or just general "art" kind of stuff (I recently bought picture frames) I check Adorama. Chances are they have what I'm looking for, at a great price.

I have purchased several pieces of photo equipment from Adorama over the past 6 months and I have been completely satisfy. I live in Montreal Quebec and I usually receive my order within 3 or 4 days. Customer service was very helpful. I phoned with a question about the quality of two brands because there was a big price difference. And I was told about a sale item of comparable quality to the higher priced item, not advertised online. I'm very pleased with what I bought... and the price.

The filter I received was the wrong size. I called Adorama and they immediately sent me the correct filter and allowed me to return the wrong one.
