Worst mail order experience EVER. After ADORAMA deducted $367 (Glidecam 4000) from my bank account on DEC 7th, they sent me another customers order instead. Refused to send MY order til they got their $60 backpack gear back. After I sent the order back they denied they received it even after UPS Tracking said they received it. ADORAMA Service Dept NEVER responded to any of my emails. After I phone cancelled my order the service dept said that it would take a week to process. It's been over a week and I'm still out $367! It's Dec 27th and ADORAMA still has my money. I've never had a bad mail order before ADORAMA. I will never trust them again and so you should beware of ADORAMA's business practices. I've NEVER had any problems with B&H. Lesson learned.

Great prices and fast delivery. Shipping charge is a bit high (perhaps it was because my order's weight - the Canon PC160 Personal copier - shipping charge of $30). Even with the high shipping charge, the final price was a lot less than other online or retail stores. This is a great company. Be sure to check and include shipping charges to come up with the final cost before you place your order. I am really happy with my purchase.

Superb service and products. Fast shipping even over the holiday period. These arrived well packed and arrived here as fast as if they were sent from New Zealand.

I have placed a couple of orders with Adorama , Nikon MB-D200 (multi battery holder), the next order Nikon D200 Digital Camera. They were in stock for each order and got email the same day with a tracking number. Both items came with out any delay! Both prices were outstanding!

I did a lot of web research before buying from Adorama and except for a $20 price glitch that was quickly resolved I got my camera and a couple of accessories quickly. I didn't get any pressure to upsell as I have heard others write and I am totally satisfied with my purchase. I also just bought a lens and got it quickly and at a good price.

I had been shopping around for some compact Flash Memory. I found Adorama had a good price along with a rebate for some SanDisk Extreme III 4GB.

I ordered on 12/31 and the memory arrived on 1/5 (shipped to Kansas). It was well packaged. Fast service considering I ordered on a Sunday, Monday was a holiday (New Years Day) and 1/2 was President Ford's Funeral.

I did get an e-mail saying my order was placed but never did an e-mail saying my order shipped. I had to check at their website...which was not a problem.

I would order from Adorama again.

I made my first order from Adorama about 20 years ago, when I owned an Olympus OM-1. I've been a regular customer again for the past 4 years (after finishing a self-imposed photo-exile for a number of years). Even though I live in Bermuda the shipping times are seldom more than about 4 days (this includes customs clearance, etc. on this end) & delivery to my door. My equipment &/or supplies has always arrived intact. Whether by mail-order (back in the day), or Internet, or my one visit to the store some years ago while I was passing through New York, I've been very pleased with the customer service.

I bought an Olympus FL-36 January 31st (last day available for a rebate) around 6pm and their invoice said February 1st (since it was processed the day after). I sent them an email saying this was unfair, and I was going to lose the rebate and here it is... 6 days later I got a corrected Invoice...
Excellent Customer Service as you can see.... Two purchases, fully satisfied.
I will purchase again, even if I have to give some more dollars than other sellers.

My first purchase from Adorama will be my last. At the encouragement of an Olympus representative, I purchased a memory card for my digital camera from Adorama. I specifically searched to find one that was compatible, however, Adorama took it upon themselves to substitute a "comparable" item. Unfortunately, the item that they substituted was not compatible with my older-model Olympus camera. I did not open the item's packaging and called to get a return authorization. I have shipped the item back (at my own expense) and was issued a refund (minus the shipping and handling charges). I am so angry! If Adorama had only thought to notify me that they were going to substitute the other item, I could have let them know prior to shipping that the item was not what I wanted and to keep it. Unfortunately, their choice to send the incorrect item has resulted in my loss of over $8 in unnecessary shipping charges and I still don't have a compatible card. I will never purchase from them again.

I like Adorama for the good choice of product in each category, efficient search/browse facility and a description of each item, typically along with a clear photograph thereby minimizing the chance of ordering the wrong item.
Customer service is standout also. I remember being called on the phone after placing an order on-line to verify the size item ordered was correct.
Their pricing is very competitive. I also shop e-bay and sometimes find it makes more sense to pay just a little more (shipping including) and get the new warranty.
Finally Items are shipped when promised and so far all arrived undamaged.

I have placed three orders for photographic equipment recently at Adorama. I've been very happy with the way each one was dealt with.
The company is efficient and has an easy ordering system with generally excellent pricing. In the case of 'gray goods' the implications are explained and there is no ambiguity about what you are getting. 
Everything I ordered was supplied as ordered, on time and in perfect condition.
The options on their site are good and it's easy to use.

NO NO NO NO NO. AN absolute nightmare, do not get involved with this company, if anything goes wrong they drag their heels all the way. The worst online shopping/customer service experience I have ever had.

ordered the motorola bluetooth T305 for the car, great, no problems, got what i ordered in time, works great, anyone who needs a car speaker hands free should order this item, very simple & easy to use,

This was my first order with Adorama and I was totally thrilled with the whole transaction.  I wanted to be assured of fast delivery, so I ordered my camera by phone, rather than online.  The sales rep was courteous and super-efficient and my Canon A590 arrived three days later, as promised.  Oh yes, and it was a great price!  Thank you, Adorama.

My order arrived on time as expected, and the order was complete. The customer service was very efficient with my inquiry.
