Ordered merchandise not received. No answer at customer service. They have my credit card and I can't contact anyone.

Adorama has always been a reliable, economical resource for all of my photographic needs. Their prices are reasonable. Their website is easy to navigate. Their customer support (the few times I've ever needed it) was always spot on. Feel confident that you will be pleasantly surprised with your shopping experience.

I ordered digital camera Pentax Optio M40 with ground shipping. I received my package on the very next early morning! Customer service at Adorama is fantastic. I highly recommend this store.

I shopped at Adorama a few time. They have very fast service, most (if not all) of the times I would get the item in a few days after ordering it.

I have found Adorama to have incredible delivery speed, exceptional customer service (recently, when I needed two lenses very fast, they not only got them to me a day early, but, they also called me at home to see if the lenses arrived!), and have a very good return policy if something is amiss with what you buy or you simply have changed your mind. Their prices are as low as anyones or very nearly so and the search engine at their site is the best around.

The folks at Adorama are not honest. They verbally lie and mislead customers in regards to return policies. Make sure you have all policies in writing if you do choose to do business with these dishonest people. There are much better camera dealers to do business with. A real 0.

I recently purchased a Kata DR 467 bag from Adorama,  Price was consistant with top sellers, delivery was fast, as always, no problems and no need for customer service, easy enough, but glad they are there if needed. Third straight buy from them, am very pleased with the value and servive..

Very satisfying experience. Purchased a new Canon 7D and an additional Sigma wide angle lens. Items were in stock and I received them in 2 business days with standard shipping. Customer Service corrected an order problem I created when I incorrectly selected the wrong lens item. Did not experience any high pressure sales tactics or removal of standard items normally included with the camera. My recommendation to others is to always stick with a reliable firm like Adorama. This firm has an extensive array of photopgraphic equipment and supplies. Their prices are consistent with other reliable companies but I find that their sale items are better.

I have to admit, I used to be dedicated to Amazon shopping. But more and more, Amazon listings were of Adorama-supplied items. It did not take long to figure out, I should be buying directly from Adorama. There is never a problem of figuring out if the item is in or out of stock, the descriptions are more thorough, and the prices are usually the best. And in many cases, Adorama is the only dealer supplying the complete product line of a given brand. Now I go to Adorama first for all my photo equipment.

I bought this camera from another vendor and I thought I got a good deal.  Loved the camera so much, I decided to purchase it for my daughter for Christmas.  I was doing searches when I found a website that recommended this very camera and said the best deal could be had at Adorama (that is how I found this website).  The price was the best around and the bag that came with it was a much better quality than the one I got from another vendor.  I was very happy when the camera package arrived in a very timely manner.  I am very happy with my experience at Adorama and will do business again in the future.

I have been a customer with Adorama for many years. I have always found good prices on their merchandise and fast shipping. I have never been disappointed with my purchases.

I recently purchased a 47-inch LG tv from this company. The delivery was delayed about a week. The tv turned out to be a manufacturer's defect. Every other pixel was black boxes throughout the entire screen. We wrote and called this company many times for a replacement tv (not even a return) and they told us that there is nothing they can do for it and to resort to the manufacturer warrenty.  So, now I end up with a refurbished tv that I paid full price for, which really sucks.

I will never buy anything from this company ever again and I suggest that noone does.

I really appreciate Adorama's on time delivery, information on each product.  Selection and suggested accessories.  I buy all my photo gear from Adorama and each buying experience is beyond expectation. I also use their photo lab processing for my digital prints.  As a consumer buyer, having detail information on each product is important, especially when information is laid out in a manner where everyone can understand it. I also avail Adorama's "Free Shipping" on selected items which saves you a lot more.

My last order was delivered on time, 100% correct and 100%
intact.  No problems of any kind.  The kind of service I have
come to expect and receive from Adorama.
The only problem I have found at Adorama is that the site search
engine could be improved.  Some times I have a hard time finding
the item I am looking for.  Once found however, the rest of the
experience is great !
