I am extrimly displeased by the treatment that my order #A1900815851638862 has received, of date September 17 of 2007, Invoice #4088701.
According to the information that I have received, my order was dispatched on September 18th by the Manufacturer; according to the detail of the order, I was billed an amount of $38.85 for a UPS 3 day air shipment, and therfore the package should be received by me the day September 21.
Due to the delay, on September 23rd, I've made a claim via E-mail, and it was answered the following day by Morris Abrams, of sales-department, indicating me again all the data that I already knew:

Invc# 4088701 Date 09/18/07
Shippd DRP by ISSACF 09/18/07
Pkg 1 Trk PO# 37846-00-01 was shipped
That information didn't serve me at all, and the same day I sent him another E-mail requesting how and where to consult to know the state of the shipment.
The following day, he answered me:
we had it drop-shipped by the mfr
sorry no tracking # avail
should be there shortly
Then I ask myself: if I paid for a shipment via UPS 3 day air, how is it possible that he answer me that, and, even worst, have been already 15 days since then, and I have not received anything but neither receive any information.???
Although the $783.80 charge was made in my credit card on Sept 18th 2007.
The conclusion is that I have paid for something that I have not only didn't receive but also I don't know where it is.
I demand a concrete and immediate answer, otherwise I will be forced to request to my CreditCard, the refund of that paid, for not having been summed up the operation by not having been given the bought product.
