Received a different guitar than the one I ordered. The picture and description were completely different than the one I received. I was told by customer service manager Ana that I was just out of luck because they did not have that model any longer. The only thing offered to me was a refund. This was unacceptable to me, because I felt they should have done something to make it right. This was flse advertising and very misleading. Reported AMS to the Better Business Bureau for investigation.

Since you asked.... I am relieved that I did not buy the ~ $4000 Gibson Les Paul Black Beauty guitar. I expect that for six-hundred dollars that I was going to get a brand new guitar (as opposed to a used and/or refurbished one). The guitar I received had many surface scratches and had worn paint on the thigh arch area. (When I bought my $200 dollar Fender Squire, from Guitar Center,it was perfect! Brand new with no scratches anywhere.) I do not want to go through the headache of shipping the guitar back to American Musical. I am content with possessing a 7-string guitar. Time is more precious than money. So I will learn a lesson from this and purchase guitars that I can "see" their condition. Sincerely, Dissappointed

I am an overseas based customer. I wanted to ship the pick ups to a contact in New Jersey to bring back to South Africa. Whilst I understand you have concerns regarding credit card authenticity, I still believe that overseas based customers should be able to purchase items on credit card which your website simply does not offer.
