I've been a customer of B&H for a decade. They were originally recommended to me by a professional photographer friend, and I've had nothing but good experiences since. Once in a while I get a slightly abrupt sales rep, but heck, my own mother can be likewise abrupt from time to time and I still think she's perfect!
I would gladly recommend B&H to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service. Their prices are sometimes a bit higher than other mail order and online dealers, but they still beat all of my local sources hands down (even after shipping), and I always have perfect peace of mind, so it never feels like a compromise.

Our purchase was delivered as promised and at a price better than I could find on any other site. I used Epinions.com to check prices / shipping, etc., and when I actually went to the B&H site, their price for my product was actually better than what I had been told by Epinions.
