I placed an order for two carseats online. I was charged a much higher price than what was listed on the website. It was explained that there had been a sale but the sale was over. The online price was incorrect.
I canceled my order. The customer service person did not apologize for the incorrect price listed on website.

Thank you. Product was exactly as requested. Reasonable price and received within a few days. I had previously ordered this product on Amazon and was put on backorder until February. I cancelled my order as I had already waited 2 months. It is the same exact product and I only had to wait for 4-5 days.
I am so thankful and will order again as well as tell other moms about the site.

Because I am Canadian they made me call in my Mastercard 1-800 number to confirm my billing address for frued check.
When I asked the gal about when the product would be shipped she indicated that it would be no sooner than 6 weeks from the order date... I thought the website said 4-6 would be delivered not 6 weeks until it was shipped.

Phenomenal!! Good price and FAST shipping. My seat arrived a day before it had been scheduled-I ordered on a mOnday and was told it would arrive on Thursday-but it came on Wednseday-Thanks!!
