I ordered a Lambs & Ivy 9 Piece Jungle Magic bedding set from Babyage on Monday. To my surprise and delight, it was delivered on Tuesday morning. I immediately set it up in the nursery and it looks great. I will definitely go back to Babyage to search for all of the other products that I need. I was very skeptical to buy from this site. At the time I saw there were an equal number of good reviews as bad reviews. My experience was stellar. First, I called their company to get clarification on their policies. Second I used their "price match" option in which they had to verify cheaper prices at online stores and then they matched these prices. I also asked about having delivery confirmation added on to the shipping. I am pleased to say that in one week (5 business days) ALL three of my items arrived in HAWAII safely and in good condition. I would definitely recommend this site.

Great price for double stroller (about $40 less than in the store) and had a free shipping coupon. Stroller got here quickly and in great shape. Actually arriving a day before expected!

All I can say is I have not yet found better rates anywhere else on the web. This is a great site and I don't think I would order from anywhere else. They have flat rate shipping even for oversized items and if they don't have what you want they will try to find it. It's a great way to order anything for baby.

I had an excellent experience with BabyAge. I ordered the car seat about 12 noon yesterday and today I received it at about 1:30 pm via ups($5.95shipping). I have never have anything delivered this fast. The car seat was exactly as specified and arrived in excellent condition. For $122.00 it was well worth the price!

I think BabyAge is a wonderful site and I have saved over $500 shopping there for my first baby. Everything I have ordered has arrived on time, even the special orders. When I have called customer service, I have had to hold for a few minutes, but each time they have been helpful.

The thing that most impressed me, however, is how they dealt with a problem I had with a crib. The crib manufacturer changed the specifications so I got a crib that was different from the one I wanted. The manufacturer didn't even tell BabyAge about the change! When I called BabyAge, they immediately called the manufacturer on my behalf. They weren't able to force the manufacturer to do the right thing, but they credited my credit card 10% to apologize for something that wasn't their fault. Also, they fixed their web page within fifteen minutes so no other customers would be duped. I thought this was terrific customer service and I would feel confident buying from BabyAge at any time.

I have ordered from BabyAge twice -- prices were better than at stores, and the shipping speed was tremendous. Both times I placed my order, I received my items the next day! That is incredible shipping speed. I will definitely shop there again.

BabyAge had the lowest price on the car seat and shipped it for free. I ordered it late Thursday afternoon and they shipped it the same day. They sent me a tracking number immediately and it arrived on Saturday morning! Very good experience!

I am very pleased with my 1st Baby Age experience. I purchased a Compass carriage stroller, and it arrived very quickly. The price was the lowest around, AND I got free shipping (although regular shipping price is very low.) I am very satisfied!
