Horrible experience. When ordering, it asked for birth date and four last digits of SSC -- and put the order on hold. Any attempt to cancel failed. No-one on the phone (but message bank), no reply to email, no reply to facs. STAY AWAY!!

My experience with BabyAge has been AWFUL. I placed an order online and called a few days later to follow up to see if it has shipped. The customer service rep said it shipped and I would be emailed the tracking number that day. I did not receive the tracking number nor have I received my order. I have tried to get a customer service rep on the telephone every day since and after waiting on hold for 5-10 minutes i get no where. I have also tried to email the company numerous times about the status of the order and now to just cancel my order and have not had any response. I would NEVER recommend this company nor would I ever purchase from the again! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I order the Little Tikes 8x8 Bouncer on 12/7 as a Christmas present. When I placed the order it was shown in stock and shipped within 72 hours. I called 3 days later because it still has not shipped, and was told they just received some and should be shipped soon. 2 more days later I called and was told the item is in back ordered. They will not do any expedite shipping even if the item comes in later. Even as I was told the item is back ordered, it is still showing in stock in their web page. I canceled my order, and found out they already charged my credit card, even they do not have it in stock for shipping. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a crib bedding set as a gift. They charged my credit card immediately but 5 weeks later I had no shipping date. I e-mailed. They said it would be shipped in about a month. They said it was a special order. That's funny babysrus had it on the shelf. 4 - 8 weeks shipping date in this day and time are ridiculous. You get paid you ship the item. There should be no delay. I had to call and cancel the order and buy somewhere else. The baby could be here before I received my purchase.

I will always check the ratings before i do business with anyone online. I do a lot of my shopping online. I am usually very pleased. This company took the cake. I would never ever order anything else from them.

I love baby age.com We own a small child care center and needed to replace two Graco Travel Lite play yards. I placed the order on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.
By Friday 2:00 p.m. they were being delivered to us. Yes, by 2:00 p.m.
I ordered some high chairs from target the same day right after I placed the order with Baby age and .....I am very disappointed I tracked my chairs and their estimated day of arrival is a week and a half from now!!! I did not place the entire order with baby age because it was the first time I was using them and I was not quite sure that they were this great. So, long story short I cancelled my order with target and now placed it with Baby Age. The only bad thing about their website is it does not allow me to enlarge the pics of the items. However, I may have some kind of firewall that is blocking it..so don't take my word for it. Other than that it was a great shopping experience.
I absolutely recommend Baby Age.

Baby Age charged me twice for something I only ordered once. When I contacted them to let them know I never received a confirmation e-mail for the second order, they said there was nothing I could do and I'd have to pay to send the product back. This is actually illegal. They were very rude to me when I asked to speak to a manager, and they never put me through to a manager.

Terrible store, bad customer service, slow shipping time, false advertising on thier website. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a carseat from there and the website listed shipping as 2 weeks. Then I got the confirmation e-mail and it read 6-8 weeks, so I called and was told it was a presale so that was the standard e-mail, however the seats would be in and shipped within 2 weeks. At the end of those two weeks I called and was told they were coming in, to be patient. After 3 weeks I called AGAIN and was told they are getting them in, and it could take up to 9 WEEKS to get them in and sent out. Their website still states 10-14 days for shipping. After going around with them, and realizing my seat was never going to be shipped, I canceled my order, to which I recieved a snotty attitude and basically got hung up on.

This company is a joke.

THEY ARE THE WORST. THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE, LEAVE MALICIOUS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON EBAY.

THEY LEFT ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK A WEEK AFTER I PAID STATING THAT I NEVER PAID THEM SIMPLY BECAUSE I LEFT THEN A NEG FEEDBACK.

TERRIBLE!! Dont make the same mistake I did and trust this unreliable company! I ordered a car seat ($230.00) thru ebay and was assured it was in stock and would ship immediately. I specifically emailed the on-line sales manager "Matilda" (matilda@babyage.com) and she guarenteed me that the car seat was in stock. I paid for item with Paypal. I was then told the item was out of stock. Matilda offered a solution - a lower model of car seat for a HIGHER price ($269.99). I of course was furious and demanded a refund. My account was refunded, but Matilda left me Negative feedback on ebay. Not a quality company and certainly not customer friendly. I will NEVER do business with BabyAge again! BEWARE!!! Please take my advise and purchase from a more reliable website or store.

Awful. They were dishonest about ship time, price guarantees, then promised something they couldn't deliver. I have yet to receive my Britax purchase and I ordered it a month ago. They falsely advertised a "won't be undersold price guarantee " and then didn't keep up to their end of the bargain. Customer service was supremely unhelpful.

DO WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO DO, BUT DO NOT BUY HERE. They are liars. They say they have the item in stock, but they do not.
In addition, there is the classic conversation on the phone with customer service saying the item is about to ship in one or two business days but it is untrue.

I purchased an item for infants. A baby carrier. It came in time, even earlier than expected. Easy shopping experience. The item's box was covered by dust and dirt. The carrier smelled like dirt and mold, but was not visibly dirty. They offered to return for store credit only, because of Buyer Remorse. They said that every manufacturer's item smells differently, and I just don't like the smell. This is true, I don't like the smell of mold. It can be harmful for babies. I did not return the item, and flushed 80 dollars down the toilet. I am not going to do business with them again.
Also, please, check their return policy. It sucks. The price was nice, though.

The toy arrived on time for my grandson’s birthday it actually arrived 2 days earlier than I expected to. This shipped right away and I got confirmation email’s from the Company throughout the whole process with no problems. My grandson loves the train table and the toys (so do the big kids). I would use this company Baby Age again any day, There service was far superior to some other baby stores I have used in the past. I highly recommend this store Thank You.

I had an excellent experience with BabyAge. I ordered the car seat about 12 noon saturday and Monday I received it at about 1:30 pm via ups. I have never have anything delivered this fast. The car seat was exactly as specified and arrived in excellent condition. For $132.00 it was well worth the price!
