Fantastic delivery time! Would highly recomend this company to anyone. I purchase a car seat and had some questions about the seat prior to making my purchase even though I had done my own research. Prior to making the purchase, i called to get a bit more information. I found the company was great, Customer Service was courtious, and very helpful over the phone.

Hopefully can buy my necessary baby items from them again. Item in PERFCT condition and I saved $80.00 on freight. You can't beat that!

Awful--ordered a product that I needed and was hard to find. Got jerked around for three months before they finally canceled my order. I had my hands full with newborn twins, and I had to contact them at least twenty times (well, call back and speak to so-and-so; why don't you email so-and-so about that?), and all for nothing. *Very* disappointed.

Terrible e-merchant. Shipped 3 damaged tables, took 8+ weeks to issue credit and then refused to refund shipping charges. Customer Service is very abrasive and apathetic. Shop at your own risk.

I tried to buy a baby car sit. I paid $250.00 dollars for it.
Item was NEVER delivered. Each time I called baby age (another pain) they had a new excuse on why delivery was "delayed". After 5 weeks and 4 new delivery dates, I had to cancel the order. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Of all the online vendors I have dealt with while purchasing items for my baby, Babyage was by far the worst in terms of customer service. I tried to return a Peg Perego stroller, and after getting a return authorization and paying another $25 to ship it back, they shipped it back to me and refused to return it (without any reasoning). When I called their customer service back, they said that I had exceeded the time limit for returns and could not send it back (the time expired while the item was being processed by them and shipped back to me). Needless to say I was upset and now own a stroller that I don't need that is still "new in box." I would warn others to never order anything from them unless you are absolutely sure you are not going to return the item.

Great prices, but false advertising about how fast things ship, beware! It says- will likely ship within 48 hours, but then you get one backorder message after another!

Dishonest company! Do NOT buy from Baby AGE.com!!!!! I ordered two youth car seats. We opened one box and found that the car seat was far too large for our car. When we discovered that we could not return the one that we opened we were mad, but kept it. We requested a return authorization from the company on the second, UN-opened box and returned it as described by their return policy. They are now saying the box was damaged and not in a "re-sellable condition" and they are giving us an in store credit! I have spoke to two "supervisors" who say they will do nothing to refund my money. I am so mad I am suing them in small claims court. They are dishonest and do not honor their own return policy!

I have never written a review (either good or bad) about anything but since I had such a bad online ordering experience with BabyAge I wanted to warn other consumers! I ordered a Britax Boulevard car seat for my son. After I opened the box, I realized that even though my son was below the weight size that was listed for the car seat, my son was too large and didn't fit comfortable in the car seat. The car seat was never put in my my car....and has all of the tags and everything still attached. So I called the customer service number to get the return authorization (I see now why you have to call for a return authorization). I was told that since I opened the BOX I cannot return the car seat! They told me that since I opened the box, now the car seat is considered "used" and cannot be returned. I have NEVER, EVER heard of anything like this before. So BEWARE if you do any business with this company! My overall satisfaction with this company is ZERO.

It was delivered by the earlier date mentioned! That is great! Made the event more memorable! The Leap Froggie Bedding is so cute. When the my baby came home he was able to see his room! Thanks BabyAge

I was so excited to find the Britax Roundabout for such a good deal and with such a cute print. I was more than thrilled when it arrived. My little girl loves it. It's soft, easy to install and adjust and most importantly comfortable. I love it! It arrived very promptly. Baby Age was great to work with.

I would have to give babyage.com A !! They where so fast and had all the answers I needed to know on the product I purchased, Bugaboo Cameleon. I recommend coming to Babyage and ordering your items...

Customer service was quick to answer a product question and shipped quickly. However, beware of BabyAge's return policy. It says anything in new condition can be returned in 30 days . . . but further on, notes anything opened can be returned for store credit only (or even nonreturnable). Returning is nearly impossible. No response to email requesting a return authorization number. Finally called and discovered BabyAge REALLY means opened in any sense - the shipping carton, the plastic wrap, etc. (from the vague way it's worded on their website, I assumed this clause pertained only to opening things like shrinkwrap on a CD). Unless you are very sure you want an item, be careful. There are many more stores with equally well priced merchandise and a more generous return policy out there.

DREADFUL!!!! I asked three times for the sales person to check that the stroller model they had was the current model. She told me yes every time. Sent me the item and it was the old one (that I didn't want). Won't take it back, won't give me any reimbursement, won't return my calls. Deceitful and slimy.

Shipping is a flat rate at $7.95. I know why it is SO CHEAP. I have had to wait 1 month for my item to arrive!! It is still not here...AND THEY WONT REFUND!!!! The associates are rude and do not care about satisfying the customer. They never know anything because they have to contact the manufacturer, then get back to you! It took many painful phone calls of dealing with ignorant and rude staff to finally get some answers and to get my item SHIPPED!!!!!!

I ordered a special order bedding on October the 14th with the understanding that I would receive it no later than November 25th. By Dec 5th when I still had no heard anything I e-mailed 3 different times, called, and faxed. Finally I was told that the item was on backorder and would ship in 2-3 weeks. I just called today after it has been over 3 weeks and I still had heard nothing and was informed that it was still on backorder. The company made no attempts to let me know at any point that this item was on backorder and now I am having a baby tomorrow and have no bedding. As for the order I cancelled it and went with amazon and will have the exact same bedding by next week, yet babyage couldn't guaranteed that I would get it by next week. I am HIGHLY disappointed with their service and their company and have told them so.
