They have a good selection and decent delivery speed. However, beware if you try to return something - you need a reference number on the outside of the box that you have to call for. Otherwise, they send it back to you. It was a totally irritating experience and I felt like it was an underhanded attempt to make returns so difficult that you won't.

I ordered a product from BabyAge and was assured I would receive it in 4 to 6 weeks. Three months later, I am still trying to get answers from them. Every time I call customer service, I get disconnected (meaning that the support staff do not know how to use their phone systems). I have tried to escalate my claim to management and spoke with a woman named Matilda Hall, who as many others have noted is full of empty promises and is clueless. I am so infuriated I can't stand it. In any case, it's good to know that I'm not the only one having problems with this store. Now I know to cancel my order immediately.

I found my ordering experience with Babyage as seamless. The website is great! You can search by various categories and it is very easy to find what I needed. I receive my product within the time frame as specified. If you are looking for the best deal and service, shop Babyage. I will be shopping again. This was my first order but I plan to buy more when the baby comes.

I found my experience to be an overall great experience. I ordered a Britax car seat and shopped around alot to make sure I made the right purchase. I am pleased that I decided to shop with Babyage. I called in with questions about my delivery and they were very helpful. I was skeptical because of the bad reviews. But I reviewed them on Amazon.com which is sells lots of their products and they had very high feedback ratings. Plus my experience was just as favorable. I will shop again and recommend them to others.

I placed an order with Babyage and I found that it was definitely worth it. I ordered an entire crib and the freight only cost $7.95. That is awesome! If I had ordered anywhere else, I would have paid 30-50 dollars more just for the freight. My delivery time was reasonable and when I called to check on the status of my order, I found the customer service very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this company in the future.

Sure, they can charge you a flat $7.95 shipping fee for whatever you buy--just hope you don't have to return it. Not until you search their wordy return policy do you learn that you are responsible for return shipping, regardless of the size or weight of your item. Plus, they're just the go-between for you and the actual vendor of the item--so, if you do want to ship something back, which I did, you have to take your package to UPS, call Baby Age BACK with a tracking number and hope the original vendor gets your return and issues you a credit.

There was a long wait for the item I did want--which was easier and faster to find through another website. I won't order from this site again, there are too many other sites that offer better customer support and easier returns!

I had a small problem with my order so I called them to see what they would do to resolve it. I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the person I spoke to. She quickly resolved my issue and I am very satisfied with the service i receive. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but my experience was nothing like others. I have learned you not all reviews mean that you will experience the same service. They worked hard to resolve problems with manufacturer and I will highly recommend them to others.

I ordered a large stroller from BabyAge. They processed my order immediatly, shipped it UPS the next day and it arrived exactly when they said it would! It also is a FLAT RATE of $7.95 shipping for ANY size order! my stroller was about 30lbs!

The worst on line experience!! They only have east coast hours and I left messages and e-mails that were not returned. I ordered a baby stroller and infant insert. The stroller arrived ontime with no instructions or manufacturer warrentee. The insert was recommended and does not fit. The company takes on no responsibility for recommending an item that does not fit. I was not able to get a real person on the phone for over 30 days and they will not take the product back.

I placed an order on August 4th and it is now October 25th and I STILL have not received. BabyAge has never called or emailed me to let me know it is back ordered but I've called them numerous times to find out the status. Each time I'm told that it's "shipping" and will arrive in a couple of weeks. Well it's three months later and still no order so I tried to cancel because it's obviously not "shipping" and am told I can't cancel. This company takes no responsibility for orders and does nothing to accommodate customers. Beware if you order! I will never purchase anything again based on their incompetence and poor customer service. I'm no longer holding my breathe for that order.

I ordered two car seats from Baby Age. When they arrived the boxes were in terrible condition - torn and smashed. There is no effort on the part of Baby Age to better prepare the merchandise for shipment than as they receive it from the manufacturer. The accessories were even missing from one box. Customer service personnel were condescending and rude. When I asked to speak with the person in charge Matilda transferred me into her own voice mail. Another representative lied to me. After speaking with a rep. about my missing accessories, she said that harness covers were not included. I called Evenflo myself, spoke to the same representative that Baby Age did and the woman at Evenflo assured me that it was included and added it to my order, which was then shipped directly from Evenflo. (Thank you Evenflo.) I could never recommend this store to anyone.

I searched for the best price for the Peg Perego Aria Twin after viewing it in a store. The store listed it for $329, BabyAge had it for $269! What a deal! Some of the reviews listed for BabyAge were good, some were awful. So, I was a little nervous, but couldn't beat the price. I gave BabyAge benefit of the doubt and tried them out. All I can say is WOW! I ordered on a Tuesday night at 7:30 and received it Thursday afternoon. Best part - free shipping and no tax! I would highly recommend BabyAge and look forward to shopping with them again in the future.
