I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about buying baby products from an online retailer.  However, I was highly impressed with the ease of ordering.  My item was shipping promptly for a small shipping fee and my niece loved her new toy.  I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I ordered the PegPerego Aria Twin stroller on 2/2/06. It was shipped on 2/4/06 and delivered on 2/7/06. I consider that excellent turn-around time. I was fairly satisfied with the stroller. I do think it was either a floor model or at least a return, though. There was a candy wrapper in the box with it and the handle and trays are a little scratched up. Nothing that a good wipe down won't fix. For the price, I'm willing to accept that. I saved over $100 on this stroller. I couldn't even get a used one on ebay for the price I paid for it! So, all-in-all, I feel like I got a good deal.

I ordered a carseat from Babyage and was able to get it cheaper, including shipping, than from anywhere locally. The order was shipped quickly and I received it in about five business days. The order was shipped accurately. I had a problem with the cover not holding up as well as I thought it should. I would have liked a little faster response than I got. The CSR on the 800 line was rude and did not seem to know any valuable information. If I had not had to deal with customer service I would have given this store and excellent rating.

They don't have the best per item price but with their $3.95 flat shipping rate, things even out with their lowest priced competitor. Great tracking system (fedex) & delivery.

I had a small problem with my order so I called them to see what they would do to resolve it. I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the person I spoke to. She quickly resolved my issue and I am very satisfied with the service i receive. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but my experience was nothing like others. I have learned you not all reviews mean that you will experience the same service. They worked hard to resolve problems with manufacturer and I will highly recommend them to others.

Hold the presses. I was once a loyal, then angry, now puzzled customer. I had been charged - no items came, wrong FedEx #'s, no customer service responses to calls/emails. I scoffed that babyage claimed FedEx didn't scan items. I called FedEx, filed a complaint. They had stated they had nothing in transit to me. However, after several poor reviews & damaging complaints filed, my items arrived today(3 weeks late). Via FedEx no less! It appears tracking/shipping errors may be their fault after all. Too bad babyage didn't call/email to explain anything - they could have saved themselves a big headache & a few loyal customers too.

Baby Age did not offer me free shipping when I ordered a Britax Marathon Car Seat for $214.99. I don't know if I was supposed to enter a coupon code or something. At least it was only $5.95.

I purchased an item for infants. A baby carrier. It came in time, even earlier than expected. Easy shopping experience. The item's box was covered by dust and dirt. The carrier smelled like dirt and mold, but was not visibly dirty. They offered to return for store credit only, because of Buyer Remorse. They said that every manufacturer's item smells differently, and I just don't like the smell. This is true, I don't like the smell of mold. It can be harmful for babies. I did not return the item, and flushed 80 dollars down the toilet. I am not going to do business with them again.
Also, please, check their return policy. It sucks. The price was nice, though.

Customer service was quick to answer a product question and shipped quickly. However, beware of BabyAge's return policy. It says anything in new condition can be returned in 30 days . . . but further on, notes anything opened can be returned for store credit only (or even nonreturnable). Returning is nearly impossible. No response to email requesting a return authorization number. Finally called and discovered BabyAge REALLY means opened in any sense - the shipping carton, the plastic wrap, etc. (from the vague way it's worded on their website, I assumed this clause pertained only to opening things like shrinkwrap on a CD). Unless you are very sure you want an item, be careful. There are many more stores with equally well priced merchandise and a more generous return policy out there.

The correct product arrived as promised. However, the box was barely secured. I would say it was more open than closed. I have no idea if all the contents made it with the rest. It did have the instructions but loose. That was the only non-attached item in the box. The product did not appear totally brand new. If my son didn't get a hold of the item before I did I would say it may even have been used or a returned item.

We ordered a car seat which their website showed as being in stock but would not ship for 3-5 days. After 1 week I called to check since I had not received a ship confirmation. They said that that item was actual out of stock and they estimated that it would not be available for 2+ weeks, but that they had the same seat with a different cover in stock and could ship it the next day. I choose to go this route, the next day near the end of business I still had not received a ship confirmation so again I called and was told that the item had not shipped and was out of stock. At this point I canceled my order, but am now struggling to get my money refunded. There customer service has been very friendly but Babyage has not been able to perform!

They have a good selection and decent delivery speed. However, beware if you try to return something - you need a reference number on the outside of the box that you have to call for. Otherwise, they send it back to you. It was a totally irritating experience and I felt like it was an underhanded attempt to make returns so difficult that you won't.

i ordered my car seat back on jan 1st and still have not received it. i called their customer service 4 days ago and they claim it to be fed ex's problem. all i know is that my child is overflowing her car seat and that's a problem with me! i wouldn't have been so bad if they just would have notified their customers of this problem, but they said they were waiting for us to contact them just incase we ended up getting a double order. why would they care if it was fed ex's fault? aren't their shipments insured? they would have no loss. i was not even offered a refund on my shipping. don't order anything from these people unless you want a big hassle with everyone passing the buck on someone else.

by the way, i rarely do reviews and am not known to be a whiny person. i just don't want to see anyone going through the crap i just did for nothing.

PAID FOR A CAR SEAT BUT IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED! No way to reach them!

I ordered a Britax car seat two weeks ago which was supposedly available to ship "next business day." I chose BabyAge.com because they had the best price and I had a coupon code for free shipping. Unfortunately, although they charged my credit card the day I ordered, I have yet to receive the car seat and BabyAge does not answer their phone or return any voicemail messages, nor do they reply to my numerous emails. Their customer service is deplorable. I would NOT recommend this company to anybody. I am out $170 and have NO CAR SEAT. Next time I'll spend the extra $10 and buy from a different company.

I will NEVER shop this merchant again. When I placed my order, ALL products showed as available. I received 2 products in a reasonable amount of time. 10 days after placing the order, I received an email that the product was back-ordered and would not be available until 1 month after the original order date!! This was suppose to be a birthday gift and was the main reason I ordered from BabyAge. It and the other products I ordered were actually more expensive but due to availability and advertised "quick ship", I placed my order. I am extremely disappointed as I'm sure my grandson will be.

The only problem is they just raised the shipping charge. But shipping was very fast, although not worth it to buy few cheap things. Also I found prices for some games where a lot higher than in other stores.

The only site I will shop at online because no matter WHAT YOU BUY the shipping is always $7.95. I bought a crib and it shipped for $7.95, where other sites charged $40 or more to ship the exact same product. You can buy eight boxes of stuff and it will all ship for $7.95. It' cheaper than EBAY! Also, very fast shipping and product was in perfect condition.
