I ordered a carseat from Babyage and was able to get it cheaper, including shipping, than from anywhere locally. The order was shipped quickly and I received it in about five business days. The order was shipped accurately. I had a problem with the cover not holding up as well as I thought it should. I would have liked a little faster response than I got. The CSR on the 800 line was rude and did not seem to know any valuable information. If I had not had to deal with customer service I would have given this store and excellent rating.

I ordered the PegPerego Aria Twin stroller on 2/2/06. It was shipped on 2/4/06 and delivered on 2/7/06. I consider that excellent turn-around time. I was fairly satisfied with the stroller. I do think it was either a floor model or at least a return, though. There was a candy wrapper in the box with it and the handle and trays are a little scratched up. Nothing that a good wipe down won't fix. For the price, I'm willing to accept that. I saved over $100 on this stroller. I couldn't even get a used one on ebay for the price I paid for it! So, all-in-all, I feel like I got a good deal.

I complete regret choosing BabyAge to order my stroller. My Peg Perego Stroller arrived missing a major component and getting the issue resolved has been a total customer service nightmare! You have to wait on hold for 10 or 15 minutes before talking with a service rep. Once you get one on them on the phone - they are rude and incompetent. Not one person has ever called me back as promised. Totally frustrating. Totally unprofessional.

I ordered a Britax booster seat for my daughter on Monday and had it at my door the next morning, free shipping and no sales tax: now that is what I call FAST service. I couldn't be more pleased!

I ordered $200 + dollars worth of merchandise on November 12, 2005. It is now January 26, 2006 and I still have not received my order nor an explanation of why. Customer Service sent a blanket e-mail to several customers who evidently had ordered Kidsline products and all their e-mail addresses were included. I have contacted all of them and the same story, over 70 days and no order. My recent e-mails have gone unanswered. I will never order from them again and am in the process of getting this information together to go to the Attorney General's office with a complaint, both in my home state and in the state of Pennsylvania where Baby Age is located.

UPS lost shipment - not Babyage's fault, but they couldn't have cared less. HORRIBLE customer service. Still waiting for credit. They said after they rec'd report from UPS, they'd "see what they could do for me". All they can do is give me a credit!! I will never shop with them again!

If you purchase anything online from them, they will not take responsibility for the product you receive. Example. If you order a high chair. You will receive a high chair; but it may not be the one you ordered. Then, if you want the one you ordered, they will tell you that you must pay to ship it back to them, pay for the new chair, and pay to ship it back to yourself again.

If this is unsatisfactory to you, you may not speak with a manager. They never know why they're busy, but they're always busy.

And their sales representatives are unhelpful and ... not "rude", but not nice.

Up side. You receive the stuff you didn't order in a timely fashion.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a car seat as it seemed to be a good deal. They sent the wrong one. A month later, I still have the wrong car seat despite phone calls to them on a daily basis. They will not send someone to pick up the wrong seat or send the correct one. They will not refund my money or let me speak to a supervisor. They have lied to me repeatedly, telling me that the correct car seat was guaranteed to be delivered. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered an Evenflo triumph carseat from this store. When I received the carseat, it didn't look brand new, it even had chocolate smudges on the side. I called customer service and was told they don't sell returned items and that was that. Do not buy from this store, there's no guarantee on the quality their products.

BabyAge has good prices, low shipping charges, and extremely fast delivery. I have ordered from them five times and every time the item has arrived within a few days.

Run! Run now before you end up on hold with customer lack-of-service! They are a terrible company and have horrible employees who flat-out LIE about your orders! I ordered my son's entire bedding set from them and it took MONTHS before it arrived, after months of phone calls and LIES just like the other people wrote about. "It just arrived in our warehouse, it will ship today or tomorrow!" And then the next call, "I don't know who you spoke with, but they were mistaken. The manufacturer goofed up all of our orders and they didn't send enough. Your items were sent to another person who ordered the same thing, but before you did." Lie after lie. I also reported them to the BBB - there are THOUSANDS of reports to the BBB about them - amazing. I finally - after 8 MONTHS - got a $22.90 refund for "my troubles" on a $220.99 purchase. Never order from them!!

I just placed an order Friday, September 16th 2005. I ordered a breast pump and bottle warmer which totaled $158 and some change. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD SIX TIMES WHICH CLEANED OUT MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. It is now the weekend and I have no money, they don't open until Monday. I went online to check the status of my order and THERE IS NO RECORD OF MY ORDER!!!! There is no excuse for this and I would not even take the chance ordering here.

I placed an on-line order and followed up with a call to customer service. I was informed the item was in stock and would be shipping in about 48hrs.
5 days later I called to get the tracking number, I was hung up on once, and placed on hold for 25-minutes, then I was informed the item was not shipped, and "might" ship that day.
A second call 3 days later and I was informed the item had not shipped, and they had no date for when it would ship since they had none in stock, and had not received the shipment from the manufacturer.
Attempts to talk to the dept. manager resulted in over 2 hours (total time) on hold, as well as refusals to provide contact information for the next level of supervision.
When I tried to cancel my order I was initially told I could have store credit since the item was listed as shipped. I explained it had not shipped and was then told my credit card would be refunded in (up to) 14 days.
I can not warm people enough about this company... STAY AWAY

I was not convinced to buy products online, i been looking around to a lot of web sites, trying to compare quality and prices, and for be the 1st. time experience, Im very happy. I have not complains. Thanks BABY AGE.
