Do not order from this company!!! I placed an order and on the website it would ship out next day. Three days later it still had not shipped. I wrote an email. Another 5 days later it still did not ship. I wrote another email. A total of 12 days since I placed my order still not shipped and no responses to my 2 emails. I called the company and the cust. service rep said that my order was in "limbo" somewhere... I asked her why nobody responded to my emails. She said that the person that checks the emails is on vacation. WHAT???? We will see when the order actually ships.

I order a Britax Marathon Car Seat from them at 3pm on a Friday. I received the car the next day!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe the fast shipping. You can't beat their prices or shipping. Also, I recently called them about an order I wanted to place and my promo code wasn't working and they were soooo helpful. I love Babyage!!! i HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS IN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I WAS TOLD AN ITEM IN QUESTION WAS BACK ORDERED AFTER THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD - IT WAS DUE IN A FEW WEEKS SO I CANCELLED AND WAS PROMISED A PROMPT REFUND. THIS HAS BEEN OVER 2.5 MONTHS AGO ALONG WITH MANY CALLS AND E-MAILS. I HAVE A PAPER TRAIL OF ALL THESE PROMISES AND REQUESTS. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

I was very happy with the Babyage. I was a little leery at first about ordering with them after reading some of the reviews, but I am glad that I realized that the negative seemed to come from their move, and the move was complete. I bought a Graco DuoGlider LXI stroller from them and it was $50 less than anywhere else. It came when they said it would, it was a snap to put together, and was exactly what I had wanted. I couldn't be happier. I loved the $5.95 shipping rate.

Don't even think about ordering from this clip joint! What a rip-off! Customer service is virtually no existent (try and average of 1 hour on hold, and once it approached 2 hours !!!) we were told our order shipped and it was charged to our credit card, 2 weeks later it still had not shipped. It took another 2 weeks to cancel the order and finally get our card credited. They tried to blame the 2 week delay on FedEx's inability to scan their packages! Come on! For 2 weeks, we're talking about FedEx!! What a joke, don't waste your time or you money with this company!!!

They had exactly the car seat I wanted (graco safe ride). There are lots of safe rides, but it's hard to find the exact model I wanted. Babyage had it cheapest, with flat shipping ($3.95) and I got it in 2 days which was good since my baby came a month early and I needed it to get her home!

Awesome store. I ordered my new graco metrolite stroller a few days ago, I used a coupond code i found online and saved 10% plus i got the 3.95 shipping for such a large item. I received it today, it was perfect! The ordering was easy and so was the site manuvering. The shipping was cheap and very very fast. No problems with anything! I recommend shopping at this store completely.

BEWARE - CREDIT CARD CHARGED WHEN MERCHANDISE IS "OUT OF STOCK!!"

I ordered two booster seats from BabyAge specifically because the pad was reversible and was a matching color for our van. When the first seat arrived, it was not the correct model, did not include a reversible pad, and was not the right color. The second seat did not arrive and upon checking the website, it now says "Out of Stock." I seem to be having the same experience as everyone else - credit card charged up front for the entire order, long waits on the phone only to be bumped to a voice mailbox after 10 minutes, and an automated response to my e-mail telling me that I used the wrong complaint form and my e-mail was not delivered (I used a direct link on their website for the form). I've had wonderful experiences of shopping online during the past six years - guess I finally got burned. Beware!!

Ordered a baby gate on 1/8/05. Credit card billed twice. Sent wrong item. Unable to contact babyage by calling or emailing. (so couldn't get return authorization) Filed Better Business Bureau report against them. Received ONE phone call from them, no extension give, no email address given. My bank refunded duplicate charge and I finally got through by calling the direct number given in previous listers review. They did issue a call tag w/fed ex and paid for the return. Still awaiting any action on refund of duplicate charge and credit to my account. Sad, because i have ordered from them before. It seems they have finally gotten some help on the 800 lines, as I was able to get through yesterday, finally. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

I will never shop with this company again. I placed my order, and it shipped in a terrific and timely fashion. I had it within three days. However, when the product came, it turned out that my son couldn't use it - he was too tall. So all the invoices and the website say that all I need is a return authorization code. Easy, right? Not hardly. I sent THREE emails through their website, called TWICE and left messages, and it's now two weeks later and I *still* have had no contact. Thanks to one of the parents' groups, I've obtained the CEO's email address and sent him my complaint, but I will definitely not shop here and would not recommend it to anyone. The customer service was abysmal.

HORRIBLE customer service. I am STILL trying to get my items. I've received one of the seven items I ordered. I've left messages every day for a week at their customer service number but no one has returned my calls. I've left 6 email messages which are answered, but there is no text in the message - it's blank, not a single word. I could return the single item and dispute the charge with the credit card company, but then I have to pay shipping on the item I received (it's a big, heavy baby gate). But that may be what I have to do. NEVER AGAIN!!!

No customer service and no product , Horrible experience!

I ordered 2 car seats from BabyAge in the beginning of January. One arrived within a week of the order. I have yet to see the other car seat. The second one was a Britax Roundabout. They charged me for the entire order up front instead of when each piece ships. Similar to the other reviews, I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I tried several times to contact their customer service and was on hold for at least 10 minutes each time. I also sent in a compliant through their website and had no response. I would never shop there again and will never recommend anyone else to shop there either.

I really enjoyed my experience with BabyAge. I love that the shipping is a flat rate, it really made my decision on where I was going to purchase from. The site was easy to navigate and the prices competitive. The only real downside is that on some of the products the descriptions could have been a little better (I actually went to other sites to learn more about the product), and the selections are alright, but could be made better.

I am currently on hold as I type this message to you- I have been on hold well over 30 minutes and have been hung up on several times. the carseat is very nice and was sent to me in a timely manner but it does not work well in my vehicle and I need to return it.
