AWFUL - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT USE BABYAGE. The day after Thanksgiving, I ordered a toy for my daughter. The toy was available on other websites at that time, but I decided to order from babyage. I received a confirmation email that they received my order and did not hear anything from them again. After 1 1/2 weeks, I called the help phone number and was told that they would be shipping the order to me that night. The toy was still available on other websites, but since Customer Service told me that they were shipping that night, I did not order the product elsewhere. Last week, I tried to call customer service to check on my order, but I waited 1/2 hour to talk to a representative but had to get back to work so I hung up. By that time, the toy was unavailable elsewhere. I tried to call again yesterday, similar wait time. Today I received an email from babyage that they had cancelled my order (five days before Christmas). The toy is no longer available elsewhere. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER AND WILL RUIN YOUR DAUGHTER'S CHRISTMAS TOO. DO NOT USE THEM.

So far not a good experience..I ordered aquarium high chair 12/18/07. I later got email that I needed to call asap. I have tried for hours to get someone...but just to be kept on hold and then eventually had opportunity to leave message....no return call yet. Horrible customer service...I still dont know if i will get my order....It was to be a christmas present.....

Terrible delays, difficult to reach customer service

My order was delayed twice (placed a reorder when the first item was discovered to be out of stock, in spite of the fact that it was listed "in stock" on the website order form) - nearly impossible to reach a live customer service agent. Their email responses were conflicting and slow in coming. Very poor experience all around.

Ordered carseat on 11/16/04 arrived on 11/23 to find out a wrong item was shipped.Called 6 times -nobody returns phone calls, e-mailed 5 times received reply but not really answered my questions.Now, must wait for them to receive wrong item and they would correct the order. I canceled my order altogether.

Babyage.com is the worst internet store I have ever dealt with. I ordered a portable crib because they had the best price. The crib arrived damaged. I spent 2 weeks calling and emailing BabyAge to try get a replacement piece. They never answered the phone so I left 4 messages and sent 3 emails and no one ever contacted me. I finally got through to someone on the phone and they said they would send out a new part and send me an emailing comfirming everything. It has been a week and I have not received either. I am now on hold with them again and someone keeps answering the call without speaking and putting me on hold and then finally hung up on me. When I finally get this issue resolved, I will never use them again. It's not worth it to save a few dollars!

Absolutely Horrible!

Although I paid for the entire order, only a portion of my order was received. I called and they said it was in on backorder; then I called a month later and they said it would be arriving to their location soon for shipping; then I called again once I didn't receive it and they said that had it and it would ship out. Four months from the time I placed the order, I haven't received a portion of it. They do answer their phones anymore and I have left numerous e-mails and voice mails but no body responds. I am not working with my credit card company to have a portion of the charge refunded.

I purchased the Cosco Summit High Back Booster toddler car seat from Baby Age, but when it arrived, the shipping box and owner's manual stated a height requirement (32.5 inches) that had not been mentioned on its website. Since the seat didn't fit my child, I called and emailed Baby Age many times over a several week period. They never answered their telephones, returned my voicemail or replied by email. They require pre-authorization to return a product, so I have been unable to return the seat.
Now a month later, they still have not contacted me with an authorization or a reason for no authorization. I've had to take the issue up with my credit card company and the car seat is taking up space in my child's bedroom. I'll never try to save $10 by shopping online from some random vendor that's a little cheaper than Amazon or other reputable companies.

HORRIBLE customer service. I am STILL trying to get my items. I've received one of the seven items I ordered. I've left messages every day for a week at their customer service number but no one has returned my calls. I've left 6 email messages which are answered, but there is no text in the message - it's blank, not a single word. I could return the single item and dispute the charge with the credit card company, but then I have to pay shipping on the item I received (it's a big, heavy baby gate). But that may be what I have to do. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered the stokke kinderszeat and cushion from babyage because I was attracted by the 5.95 flate rate shipping. The seat arrived within a week, but after two weeks I had not heard about the cushion. I filled in the customer service form three times before they finally emailed back to let me know that the cushion was on backorder. Before they emailed me back I called, but their phone system was just looping me back into the main menu when I pressed 2 to reach customer service. So I've waited two weeks and now I have no cushion.

This store needs to be updated on Epinions as being a FRAUD... This store is HORRIBLE, they take your money and you do not get your items or any customer service.
I ordered a car seat from them and still I have not been able to get the seat or get anyone on the phone to tell me what is going on. They debited my card and now my bank is involved.
Please DO NOT use this store until they get their business corrected and in order. They were in the process of moving, however, I think the company is in financial ruin and needs to just shut the doors and turn off the online site.

I ordered the Britax Marathon car seat with the impression that it was in stock and would be delivered right away. Since my credit card was charged almost immediately, I expected the shipment to arrive shortly after. NO! I checked the status of my order and it stated "backorder". How is it possible to charge me for something I don't have and THEY DON'T HAVE EITHER. I have since sent 2 emails. I haven't had the courtesy of a reply yet......

Worst customer service

I really should have known better than to order from babyage.com. I originally ordered a comforter for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it on December 11, 2007. The website says 7-10 day shipping. I did not receive the comforter until after January 1, 2008.
On January 11, 2008 I ordered another item to go with the comforter. February 13 comes and still no item. So, I decided to call babyage.com customer service. They tell me my item will ship on February 15. I sent them an email on February 18 asking if my item had been shipped yet and if so, could I have the tracking info. No reply. I received an email from them on February 19 saying it had shipped that day. Basically, their CS lied to me.
Nowhere did it say the item was backordered or that it would take more than the 7-10 days for shipping. I have now sent them 2 emails with no response! I WILL NEVER purchase from babyage again!

I ordered 2 car seats from BabyAge in the beginning of January. One arrived within a week of the order. I have yet to see the other car seat. The second one was a Britax Roundabout. They charged me for the entire order up front instead of when each piece ships. Similar to the other reviews, I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I tried several times to contact their customer service and was on hold for at least 10 minutes each time. I also sent in a compliant through their website and had no response. I would never shop there again and will never recommend anyone else to shop there either.

Terrible... and I mean TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order online. The email confirmation indicated 4-6 week delivery time (too long). I emailed them immediately requesting a cancellation (it was after hours) and phoned the following day to cancel. The rep told me that they order was canceled. After canceling, I ordered the item elsewhere. In spite of the cancellation, they shipped the item anyway. In subsequent exchanges with customer service, they've failed to deliver on any promises and are refusing any responsibility for the failure to cancel the order. They keep telling me that this is "buyer's remorse" and that I'm the one responsible for return shipping.

I was very pleased with the price as well as the offer of BabyAge making a contribution to March of Dimes. I was also very pleased with the promptness in shipping my order. I will definitely shop at BabyAge again if I am in need of baby products. I'm a grandma who needed a car seat in her car for grandchildren.

I had planned on purchasing these items somewhere else; however, either the shipping would take too long or the items were not available in the retail store. I came across BabyAge doing a search for these items on the Internet and was pleased with the prices. I was even more excited when I saw that the shipping would only take a day!
I ordered my items Thursday morning and received them Friday afternoon. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the whole process was from online ordering and payment to the quick arrival of my items. The next time I need baby items, I will most certainly use BabyAge. I would also recommend BabyAge to my friends.

I was amazed by the level of service and the value of their shipping amount. Our state just required booster seats of children until to nine years old and I needed a safety-rated seat ASAP. The package was delayed a day in being delievered, because it was an evening delivery and needed a signature. I was not home that evening (I had anticipated an afternoon delivery), and the next evening almost missed the delivery again, but saw the fed-ex man just in time. He said that who ever was shipping these items were paying more for the evening deliveries.
Anyway, I also never received an email with the estimated delivery date of my package...but all I had to do was contact babyage.com and within a couple of hours, I was emailed the tracking number and estimated day of delivery...Thank you, Megan Elliot
