I had been looking for an infant car seat for two months in stores within a 75 mile radius and couldn't find one. When I found babyage.com I had found the seat, ordered, and paid within 5 minutes, and had the car seat delivered in less than 48 hrs. Wish I had thought of this sooner!

The items I ordered were listed on the website as in stock, but they won't actually ship for 2-3 weeks. I was not notified about the delay--I had to call customer service to find out. A simple email from BabyAge listing the expected shipping dates would have been much appreciated. Now I'm just hoping that they will indeed ship.

Part of my order shipped right away; the other part was a special order and was clearly indicated on their website. Even though I had to cancel part of the order, not to their fault in any way, their customer service was friendly and prompt. The refund was applied back to my card the very next day. I will definitely shop with BabyAge.com again!!

I have not opened the box yet. The item price was good and the shipping cost was excellent. I was disappointed that the Little Tike Cozy Coupe Car was $74. I purchased it else where for $50. I would have preferred to shop in one location rather than two. In researching these items I was surprised at the price differences.
