HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! This company has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I Ordered 2 car seats and only received 1. When trying to contact their "customer service" via telephone to find out what has happened, some how I cannot find a live person to talk to. I must leave a message and hope and/or pray someone will call me back (which no one has done). I have tried to contact them via email and of course I get ZERO RESPONSE.

I have since issued a dispute with my credit card company since they have someone in their customer service who can help me.

I am yet another HORRIBLY FRUSTRATED shopper with BabyAge.com. Ordered a stroller on January 3, and while I was immediately charged, have heard nothing more from the company. Many phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Now I am just hoping to get my money back and find the stroller elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible experience. The tracking number they gave me with the confirmation email did not exist on the FedEx site. I sent several emails asking about my order and didn't get a reply back. I called their customer service number several times and was put on hold every time for 15 minutes, at the end of which a recording said the mailbox was full and to try again later. I'm not sure how these people have got the BBB seal and the "Trusted Store" approvals. Eventually I had to cancel the charges on my credit card and let them dispute it with the company.

I ordered on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. I received item (in Arizona) on the following Wednesday--only 2 business days after ordering! The entire process was flawless. They've got my future business!

DO NOT, AT ANY COST, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I ordered on Jan 4th. Received confirmation email that item was shipped on Jan 12th. Tracking number did not exist. Called over 20 times. Reached someone once. Was told they were waiting for Fedex to pickup package (after 4 days!). Now am unable to reach them via phone or email. I will contact credit card company to investigate and return credit.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! TOTAL FRAUD! I ordered my item on 12/29. CRIB!! i havent heard from babyage since then. I was trying to reach them through email or phone for two weeks.. absolutely usless watse of time. Their customer service simply doesnt exist. I wish i read the reviews.. i am in the process of disputing the charges with my CC . and i still have no info if my crib will be delivered or not.. this is very frustrating!!! NOONE shoudl ever shop at Babyage!!!!!

I placed an order and received an email that the item was shipped by fedex. Fedex shows no item was received by them. It has been over a week since I placed the order. According to their website, the item is shipped the next business day. I tried calling and emailing customer service. You will either get a busy signal or no answer. Yes, they bill you for the item. Who needs such hassles with a baby to deal with. This vendor needs to reported and taken off the web!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a Britax carseat online Jan. 5. On Jan. 12 I received an e-mail confirmation that my order had shipped and was given a FedEx tracking number. After not receiving the carseat by Jan. 17, I tried to call customer service. . .No one answers! I called 10 times yesterday and never spoke to anyone. There's a voicemail box to leave a message, but so far no response.

I've tried e-mail. . .they're returned unanswered. I've tried the fax number, which won't go through!

So, I called FedEx to find out if the item has shipped. . .the tracking number does not exist!

My credit card has already been charged for the order. This is looking a lot like fraud in my opinion.

The WORST Internet Shopping Experience EVER!

BabyAge.com is the worst Internet shopping experience I've ever had. Do NOT order anything from this company!I placed an order with this company on 1/5. I spoke to a customer service agent on 1/7 regarding my order. I was assured that my car seats would ship within one business day. Now the web site saids the seats are on backorder. However, my credit card was charged on 1/6. I attempted to contact BabyAge and was placed on hold for one hour! Nobody ever answered. Emails to the company have gone unanswered. I even left a voicemail on the Media Relations Contact phone. Nobody has returned my call. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. This company should be ashamed for taking people's money and not supplying the product. It's called theft and it's against the law.

I had the worst shopping experience ever!!! Don't buy from them. They CANNOT BE TRUSTED! I ordered 3 things thinking that I could trust them (rated a trusted store with 4 1/2 marks from shopping.com - However, now I see a lot of other people had the same problems by bizrate.com reviewers). Well, the confirmation was correct and the delivery speed was satisfactory, but when it arrived the order was NOT right. They sent me 3 of just one of my items. I've tried to call, but was on hold for an hour! I've emailed them numerous times with no response. I WILL NEVER BUY from them again!

I ordered several babyproofing product from BabyAge 9 days ago. I wish I'd read the recent reviews first. All the items I ordered were marked "Usually ships within one business day". My credit card was charged immediately. I received an email with a FedEx tracking number that is not valid. I complained via the customer support form this week and received an email stating that my items have shipped. However, the status for my order is still "Will ship within next business day" and I have not received a tracking number. I have twice attempted to contact their customer service department through the phone number provided, the first time the line was busy, and now I'm placed on hold and finally get through to a voice mailbox that is full so I can't leave a message.

****BEWARE*****This company billed my credit card, sent a FALSE tracking number(FedEx has no record of it), and is not responding to phone calls, faxes or e-mails. We ordered a Britax Roundabout carseat for $175 and I might add, need it asap, so already out $175 and will probably now have to run out to babies R us to buy one. Do NOT order anything from this website, read other reviews at Bizrate.com, etc. it is happening to everyone. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now looking at legal action because our bank's debit card, which IS a mastercard, does not dispute purchases. totally screwed. Please be careful....

I will never shop at babyage.com again. I was unable to get through to their customer service through the phone and through their online customer service phone. I was on hold for well over 1 1/2 hours and eventually got cut off, and they never reply to the emails sent. They claimed that they shipped my order and provided an invalid FedEx tracking number. After numerous unsuccessful attempts in contacting them, I am working through my credit card company to dispute the charges on my credit card. By the way, they charge your credit card the minute you place an order with them even though the item is on backordered for weeks. It is a really bad business practice.

Do not order from this site. Ordered a car seat on 1/1/05, charged credit card 1/3/05, CLAIMED shipped 1/5/05. FedEx has no record of shipment, cannot reach customer service via phone, email or fax. Appears they have flown the coop with my money. FRAUD.

I have to say the service is among the worst I've experienced. The representatives are pleasant enough, but there service is terrible. I was on hold for 3 hours. I never did get to speak with anyone. They bill your credit card without having an item available to ship. It took several days to get my card credited. I can't believe that a business can survive with service this bad.

I love BabyAge! The prices are great and the merchandise is top quality. I had one problem with this order which was that I tried to use a coupon code which would have given me 10% off my order and the site kept saying I couldn't use it even though it was valid. I called customer service and left a message ,but never received a call back. I went ahead and bought the merchandise although I was dissapointed to not receive the discount.

Best price of all merchants, online or bricks-and-mortar. Very good selection of products (there are a lot of different Britax Marathon seat cover styles). Essentially free shipping (only $3.95 for entire order). Online ordering was smooth. Product arrived on time in a reasonable amount of time. Tracking shipment was very easy - didn't even have to visit FedEx site and enter a tracking number, just clicked on link in e-mail confirming order shipment. Would not hesitate to shop with them again; I'm very satisfied with the experience.

I tried to find a bassinet liner and fitted sheet at most of te well known store websites and finally found what I needed at babyage.com at a reasonable price. I am glad that I have found one more resource for my baby stuff.

I bought this item because it was the lowest price (lower than Amazon) and one of the few still showing in stock. I received no notification of my order, but was billed immediately - gave them a week and contacted them, to which I found the item was backordered by the manufacturer.. not in stock. It was to be shipped two weeks later, but when I contacted again after it was to be shipped, they replied quickly that the item was discontinued and gave me a prompt refund. Good customer service, if you want to contact them first - but not much in the communication department. Great price.
