I am very pleased with my 1st Baby Age experience. I purchased a Compass carriage stroller, and it arrived very quickly. The price was the lowest around, AND I got free shipping (although regular shipping price is very low.) I am very satisfied!

The correct product arrived as promised. However, the box was barely secured. I would say it was more open than closed. I have no idea if all the contents made it with the rest. It did have the instructions but loose. That was the only non-attached item in the box. The product did not appear totally brand new. If my son didn't get a hold of the item before I did I would say it may even have been used or a returned item.

I ordered the Jupiter Komfort Kruiser booster seat from Babyage.com mainly because they are a Upromise website, so I was able to link through to their site from Upromise, get a great price on the booster seat and obtain college $$ for my child all at the same time. The product was in stock and I receive it in less than 1 week with no problems at all. I will definitely buy from this site again and have already recommended it to friends.

I used BabyAge.com recently to purchase a Combi Stroller. I initially picked BabyAge because it had the lowest price for the item I wanted AND didn't charge a restocking fee if it needed to be returned. The flat shipping fee was very nice also (though I found a coupon for free shipping online). Due to some of the negative reviews about BabyAge, I called the customer service line first to make sure the item was in stock. The person who answered was very nice and promptly answered my question. Then I placed my order online. A week later my stroller arrived, no problems. I kept the stroller so I didn't have to test the return policy, but since I'd researched it beforehand, I wasn't too worried. Overall I had a nice experience with BabyAge.com and would consider using them again.

Tremendously happy! BAbyAge delivered. We shopped for a stroller online and found BabyAge.com to have a better price than the numerous baby online stores we searched through. Even though knowing that price alone is not the factor on ordering online, we had to try so we went ahead and ordered the Inglesina Zippy and a Graco Pack and Play. What we ordered on a Sunday was processed the next day. We tracked the order through their website and they arrived as promised. The items are in very good condition. We would definitely buy there again!

Made order got confirmation after 24 hours waited 4 days but still did not have tracking number requested this and was told that item was out of stock (even though it says item is in stock)

I was hesitant ordering from babyage.com after reading some negative comments about their delivery and customer service. Boy, am I glad I went ahead and ordered. I ordered a baby car seat, mattress, and stroller on the 5th of May, and rec'd all my products on the 7th of May. When I had a question, before my order, I sent an email and was responded to promptly. I will be shopping here again and again and I will advise anyone else to do the same. Wonderful experience, I bought 4 Evenflo triumph car seats at 3pm on Thursday afternoon, they arrived on my back porch, all in perfect condition before I got home from work on Friday and I paid $50 less per car seat than I paid for exactly the same one at Target, and shipping was only $3.50. I've been buying online for years, and this was by far the fastest and easiest transaction I've ever experienced.

I shopped around quite a bit for this booster car seat in stores and found BabyAge was the lowest priced by more then $30, but the fact that you have a flat rate shipping cost of 3.95 sealed the deal for me! BabyAge was one of the places listed when I did a web search for a new car seat for my son. We needed a convertible seat and I wanted the Eddie Bauer leather one. After researching several sites, I am pleased to say that BabyAge had the best price and the shipping was amazingly low. The ordering process was easy, the item was in stock, I literally received my order the next day, and I was shocked that it arrived so quickly. i have nothing but the most positive things to say about baby age, It was exactly what I was expecting and I am very pleased with the entire experience. However, I could not be happier with the service I received from BabyAge.com The site is well organized, the prices are superb and far lower than most other babystores.

I asked for for some product information and received a reply in only 2 hours.

I placed my order late on a Friday afternoon and my carseat was waiting on my doorstep when I got home on Monday. I saved $45 on the carseat, and the shipping was only $3.95.

I was very hesitant to order from this company after reading some of the mixed reviews. I am a mother of 2 and a registered daycare provider. I was in need of a tandem stroller and found the best price for what I was looking for at BabyAge.com. After several days and I realized that I would either have to pay $50-$80 more, settle for a lower quality stroller or take my chances with the company. I decided to take my chances. I expected to receive my stroller in about a week. I ordered my stroller 1/19 (a holiday) and was shocked to have it delivered to my door on 1/20. I will buy from this company again! No question about it!

I have bought several things from here. All was well until I received a damaged potty chair from them. I have tried reaching their 1-800 customer number several time and also have tried their e-mail. I was promised a replacement but after 1 month have given up hope. Moral of the story, if you buy from here, better pray that it will be in good condition. Otherwise, forget it.

Did I say Slow. My child will be a full grown adult before the stroller will get here. They do not stock their products, and most items are dropped ship from the another vendor. They have absolutely the slowest shipping I have ever encountered. If you are willing to wait a very long time for your order. Here is the place. Poor customer service and 2nd hand quality product.
